The ability to log my health nutrition meals snacks all in one easy accessible place was wonderful I had it accessible at a glance to share with my doctor as well as easily track my progress I also appreciated the ability to see a food idea for each meal and snack as sometimes I didn t know what I wanted or could have and it provided great suggestions

I have had t1d for 22 years and had become lazy with carb counting and a bit uninspired with my cooking and meal planning I ve been a bit burnt out and even though I don t stick 100 to the meal plans or all the features of the app just being able to remove that mental burden of thinking about and planning carb conscious nutritious meals has helped me get back on track
