I am impressed with this plan

I am impressed with this plan The meal plans include foods that I will actually eat which makes the program easier to follow The plan price is fair and though I haven t done the exercises yet due to a knee injury they will be helpful down the road

In my opinion the application has been a great help I like the various options they provide for eating I recommend 100 this app the meal plans the workouts and the different options they give and mainly the support they give you is wonderful

I love this site Super easy to use super helpful with all aspects for my D2 management Love the recipes the glucose monitoring the exercises get me moving Its all about accountability for your health and this site is amazing wealth of knowledge

Great for tracking diabetes and health

I downloaded this app and purchased a subscription Once I found out I was diagnosed with prediabetes and had no idea what I could and could not eat and this app is really helped me understand what I need to cook and order In terms of meal prepping it gives me a grocery list for the week which I can then just purchase online and check off the list in my phone or go and print it off It s just incredibly helpful and convenient with logging my meals counting my calories and my blood sugar and water intake It s been a lifesaver especially when I m eating out I can look up whatever food I ate at a certain restaurant and stole log those carbs and keep track of them even if it s not perfect it s still better than not knowing what I m eating at all Which has helped me make better and healthier choices when I m looking at a menu I was really afraid when I got my diagnosis at first but with this app it s definitely been helping me feel better and more in control I do wish there was a little more variety in the meals but that could be just because of my strict diet that my variety is not as high It s also very affordable considering everything that it offers

Although I don t care for some of the meal suggestions that is a personal preference I have been very happy with the app and it s ease of use It s very convenient to be able to keep track of all I am doing to get healthier and tracking my diabetes better
