Great for diabetes management and weight loss

The supplements and the app really go hand in hand I already have been feeling so much better in my body I have more energy and I am making better choices with my eating habits The app is wonderful in educating you on diabetes and gives wonderful exercises in the same place They also have wonderful recipes as well

GET MOTIVATED GET HEALTHY

Overall this is a wonderful app I am newly diagnosed talk to diabetic with about 30 pounds to lose and really not much knowledge about diabetes even after meeting with specialist this app is very helpful Have some fantastic meal plans keeps track motivate you have notifications to stay hydrated check your blood sugars and overall get moving I would highly recommend this app

I love being able to enter in all my information and see my progress It makes me more aware of what I am easting and drinking It also gives me a clear picture of how my sugars ate running so that I can work towards lowering my A1C I was concerned about eating as many carbs as my meal plan gave me but because of the combinations of food that they have put together and the types of grains that the carbs contain my sugar has been the lowest its ever been

I honestly did not realize that I d signed up for a 99 6 month subscription and when the charge hit my account I panicked because I didn t know where that charge came from and I knew it would take forever if at all to cancel it and get a refund back I went online and used the chat option told them what the issue was and within 10 minutes less the subscription was cancelled the refund due to me per the contract hit my account and everything was confirmed via e-mail Great Experience

I have learned more about diabetes in the last month than I had in the 20 years I have been diabetic The short lessons and emails that come every two weeks are extremely helpful informative and enough for me to absorb Looking at My A1C every day keeps me encouraged to continue using the app and challenges me to improve The meal recipes are simple and good I was disillusioned with the workouts because there are too many and additional fees involved I also would like the choice of sound reminders In general I like the app and my numbers are better than a month ago

Very simple approach to weight loss and controlling sugar levels The app takes out the guess work and is very interactive The meal plan is delicious and really simple ingredients that we most likely use on a daily basis not a lot of complex recipes I ve enjoyed my experience so far The food has made me regular too and was having a lot of issues prior

Keeps me honest with food exercise

I only answer to myself and feel I can be totally honest on where I stand on tracking my diet and exercise I can keep a diary of what I m doing without feeling like I have to share with others and be private and honest with what I m doing This has made me more truthful in how I keep answers and records I m seeing so much progress

I have been using the Klinio app for just over a week and I find it very easy to stick with The balanced meals are already planned and leave me satisfied I can choose meals and log them with ease and don t have to spend much time deliberating and planning There is also a function to print out a grocery list which is really a time saver

So far the plan and app are working great My sugars are more stable after just a few days and the meals are simple but tasty My only real complaint is the app has a learning curve to understeland the detailed side of things as well as the meals can sometimes feel repetitive Although being able to swap a meal and search through a list to find a new one is incredibly convenient
