Really useful learning sheets every day taking a few minutes to read Tracking food intake and activity is so easy and has helped me learn about carbs protein and fat breakdown I joined to try and adjust my blood sugar levels which are just into diabetes level But I ve lost 13lb in my first week and 11 inches overall with 5 off my waist

Overall this app has an enjoyable layout and lets you see how you are doing in your health goals You can see your approximate blood glucose levels and a calculation of your A1c as a result of your glucose meter readings The recipes suggested in the meal plan are doable Some meal planners ask you to do more than you can keep up with when you re working full time but the meal plans suggested by Klinio can be easily prepped for in advance and the ingredients are attainable

Klinio has given me 2 jobs weigh myself and weigh my food They do the rest The balanced meals with options has given me control of my health The recipes are mostly prepping your 3 to 4 ingredients I don t have to count or log fats carbs protein or calories It s done for you Other comparable meals are at your finger tips to swap for that are made up with similar results for that meal or snack Cooking some protein is really the only item that needs your stove top There are 4 menu plans to choose from to get you started Giddy Up

Klinio made it so easy to prepare meals or to swap meals of my own and still get the results I wanted Provides good information to maintain prediabetic A1C levels or reduce My renewal came this month at a bad time so I cancelled the plan for 99 which was in process to my bank I got same day reply and was assured a quick refund which today I saw going back to my account Will definitely use Klinio again in the future

Klino s was a lifesaver for our family

Klinio s helped our family My husband had a huge problem with his diabetes getting out of whack Yesterday he had his dr appt and he was told in one month with both of his insulin injections and his healthy eating from the Klinio menu his A1c was normal and according to his Lryac monitor he has had a green zone for the past two weeks

I love Klinio because it has daily meal plans with breakfast lunch dinner and snacks Everything is super healthy and easy to prepare Each meal includes the nutritional value as well I especially like the adjustable portion controls on the recipes like for 2 or 4 people and the exportable grocery lists

I ve actually canceled my subscription because I found I wad far too busy to do Klinio justice however the times I contacted the help desk they were always been very helpful
