confusing in meal preparation

I was excited to try all new recipe there so printed out the weekly menu showing preparation Then I found all measurements on print version changed into oz not in gram - i have no idea on oz 0 7oz 0 1oz etc I have to return to the web and pencil in all grams on printed menu So frustrating The recipe look good though

It is going to take me more than a week to adjust to the new diet lots of new Spicer and different food products to buy and all the water I have to drink I will get used to it in time The first few days I didn t realize I had to carry my phone with me all the time to count the steps I know better now

I found it very difficult at the beginning but the longer I stayed with this program it did become a little easier It was difficult to eat every 3 hrs and drink the amount of water that I was to take The foods were foreign to me and found it to be expensive But I have lost weight and my blood surged has dropped drastically I will continue

So much quinoa

Overall I ve found the recipes to be quite good and tasty Up to this point I ve just been eating very low carb The recipes selected for me have included quinoa A LOT of quinoa Now I like quinoa but not two or three times A DAY for DAYS on end I m switching those recipes out just to get a break That said I ve noticed my glucose numbers have dropped about 10 points and have been stable over the first week

They re spammers

I was on the fence about Klinio at first then they started spamming me with guilt emails I recieved 3 in the past 8 hours saying that I should sign up before the 79 -off special ends Because of that and effectively a no return policy I ve decided to not pursue Klinio

Good idea there is room for improvement

I like the idea of tracking my glucose levels and food in the same place You do have to convert your glucose levels to mmol from mg Not sure why it isn t set up to do that Also a bigger variety of foods from the search very limited I paid 50 approximately for the app and they want me to pay that over again for access to workout videos It s good to have but for the price there is a lot of improvements that need to be made
