AI Review Summary Based on 13 reviews

Customer experiences with Myfamily-matters are sharply divided, with the majority reporting highly positive outcomes while a small minority express severe distress. Most reviews praise the company for providing excellent, professional, and caring service, particularly in handling sensitive family legal and financial matters like trusts and property deeds. Key positive aspects include the knowledge, availability, and supportive guidance from specific staff members like Graeme Stewart and Colin Robson. Many customers highlight that the service was efficient, explained clearly, and went above and beyond expectations, leading to high satisfaction. The company is frequently described as honest, reliable, and trustworthy, with reasonable and transparent costs. However, two critical reviews present a stark contrast, alleging serious failures in service and communication. One customer reports having obtained a County Court Judgement against Graeme Stewart, advising others not to deal with the company to avoid financial loss. Another distressed reviewer in their 80s states they cannot contact Graeme Stewart, who holds their vital documents, leaving them uncertain and vulnerable. This indicates a potential inconsistency in service delivery or client management. Overall, while the vast majority of clients are extremely satisfied and recommend the company, there exist significant, unresolved complaints concerning accessibility and financial trust.

Birmingham Best Contact Centre

I contacted Family Matters Enterprise centre in Highgate Birmingham after receiving particularly bad service at another contact centre I didn t know what to expect but when I called I spoke to Sabia who couldn t have been more understanding and accommodating to me After listening to me explaining that I required urgent contact centre availability in order to see my sons before the final family court hearing and the difficulties I had experienced with the previous centre cancelling my booking without consulting me Sabina advised me that she would be able to assist me She went on to carefully explain what they provided to parents like myself the way the centre was run payments and much more I can t express how relieved I was after that phone call with Sabia who while advising me in a professional manner was extremely polite understanding and reassuring I explained that my sons had expressed a desire to go Go Karting during our session in the community and I was assured that this would not be a problem a member of staff would be available to accompany us I cannot praise and recommend this contact centre enough The management and staff go above and beyond to ensure the parent child contact takes place as smoothly as possible during what could be described as a difficult and emotional time for parents children alike This place is a perfect example of how parent child contact centres should be managed
