Pre order never arrived no refund

Pre-ordered Lego toy for my son and it never arrived no notification at all Son was VERY dissapointed AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COST Also requested refund for my deposit was told it would take up to 5 business days but still hasn t been refunded

Use someone else to save disappointment

Please be aware of this company pre order Luigi Lego set back in June released on 1st August now it s the 18th and still not received anything or a valid update from them on when I would receive the item Wish I hadn t ordered from them in the first place Save the worry of buying from them and use someone else to make sure you get your pre order

Pre ordered set never came

I pre ordered a set expecting it to be on or before the actual release date No communication was of any use at all just generic answers to any queries After 2 months of this I realised they never had any intention of fulfilling this order or had actually ordered any of these in the first place I cancelled and got my money back For weeks I had my 9 year old asking when it was arriving Disappointing from start to finish

The items were never sent even though they were not listed as pre orders supposedly were in stock and just said processingUpdate they have refused to say if they even have the items in stock refused to cancel the order I wish I d seen the reviews here before I ordered from them

If there was a 0 star grade this company would get it After placing a order amd not receiving it for over a month they still fail to cancel my order and process me a refund Past message after message and still nothing Still waiting for my money back from these Disgusting way to treat customers Read reviews before you use this company Or you will end up getting nothing and be out of pocket

Avoid at all cost

What a mistake dealing with this company was I ordered a jumper before Christmas to give as a gift and they missed the delivery deadline meaning I was gone already when the parcel arrived After the holiday I had to return the jumper I no longer needed and their automated returns system made me use Evri Posted the thing back on the 3rd of January it s the 16th today and the parcel is still showing as on it s way back contact the vendor When I contact their customer service they say they can t refund me as the parcel has not reached their warehouse Where is it then AVOID AT ALL COST

Waiting over a month for my order

Waiting over a month for my order to now be told they can t find my order Quick enough to take money Have had to deal with multiple different named people and each time they ask for supporting documents Absolutely ridiculous service Have given them documents 3 times now

Would give a zero if I could

Would give a zero if I could Ordered a Loki varsity jacket middle of November a month later still not here or dispatched only been able to contact via fb messenger where every other message they want me to confirm a million details even during an ongoing conversation when they do reply they just say we expect an update soon - Iv been contacting them for 2 weeks and still don t have an update 30 down the drain I do not advise anyone to buy from this company

Horrendous firm to deal with

Horrendous firm to deal with Pre-ordered a Lego set for my son which was due to be despatched on the 2nd It s worth noting that all other companies offering pre-order had no problems supplying however mygeekbox had warehouse issues and couldn t actually tell me when the order would be despatched After a number of messages through Twitter where not one answer was from the same person I lost complete patience and cancelled the order Avoid at all cost

Never use this service

Never use this service I ordered a box in December for a Christmas gift It never came so I wait for them to ship a replacement a month later i waited until June and ask for a refund they referred it to their team 1 month goes by still waiting The social media team keep getting me to repeat the same information it s a joke Funny thing is when I tried to write a negative review on their website it said it couldn t submit due to the link being broken
