A welcome box worth 10 only had 3 small item

I ordered an item from the site on 8 19 16 Every time i sent an email regarding the fact that i have yet to recieve the item i get a message back saying my order is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock It has been over 8 months since i ordered the item and every time i ask about it that is the response i get EDIT I have received an email from their team if the issue is resolved i will alter my rating

Payment problems were somwhat inevitible

A welcome box worth 10 had 3 items in it On top of that they were some of the most disappointing items you could get including a Yoda key ring a small model of Davros from Dr Who and a thin comic I don t know if I m missing some items or if thats it but overall not worth the money at all

Gender stereotyping

Not what one would expect from a service called geek box I find the kids geekboxes you provide to be extremely gender stereotypical I do not see why you are unable to provide a kids box with a mix of princess Disney my little pony etc merch as well as heroes dc marvel etc Stop reinforcing the stereotypes and allow kids to play with all varieties of toys You should also provide a means of contacting your company without the requirement of signing up first

Seems like a robot reply service

Just horrible trying to communicate with this company Problems with free gift not being received after 6 weeks and just a never ending cycle of robotic responses Items from other orders marked as dispatched a week ago but not delivered as of yet I know Royal Mail has its problems but its not that slow It seems like they are playing the futures market and hoping they can finance and fulfill current orders with future subs and orders Its not working

Just checked 3 pre order pops all meant to release today to find out its now 2 weeks for 1 of them of which ive ordered 2 as one is a birthday present for someone next weekend And the 2nd of november for the 3rd No email no nothing telling me release dates had changed Can take my money but not provide me any updates Shocking

Want to cancel

I tried to cancel last month the customer service contact us is just a big loop Another box has not shipped to me My first box came damaged and didn t contain any items I liked I tried to cancel then and again couldn t find a way to contact support Please cancel subscription number 124563 and do not bill me again or send me anymore boxes Thank you

the shadow sneakI am having the same problem My wife ordered a box on the 3rd of August To start doing unboxing review videos I understand they don t ship until the 20th but it s the 15th now of September China has a two week ship time If I don t see a package before they send out the next month I m going to be canceling our subscription

useless for funko pops avoid

takes months after pop releases for you to actually dispatch them at least half come with some sort of damage to the boxes not good for an inbox collector randomly takes money without any notice that they are going to once dispatched delivery takes a minimum of 2 weeks this is why ive stopped using you for my funkos

Still waiting for last months box

Still waiting for last months box was told Wednesday that would be dispatched within 48 hours it hasn t Payment has been taken today for this months box so now waiting for 2 Price has been increased for boxes but had no notification of this Boxes are good when received my son really likes them but every few months there are problems with delivery but first time have not actually received a box

Duplicate boxes

I had a previous subscription last year but cancelled it around oct time I decided to restart my subscription last month june and I received my first box of my new subscription a few days later However I was hugely disappointed It was the exact same box that i had received for my last box the previous year I like the concept of the subscription but the contents of the boxes are getting very poor And getting a duplicate box 8 months later is shoddy
