Normally a good buy

Have bought a number of these now and normally they are good value for money The one so far that I thought was not was the Dr Who collectable which was more expensive and to be honest I was very disappointed in the contents This company needs to listen to its customers and receive feedback as an opportunity to improve not to make decisions because they don t like them Arrogant company and certainly will not be using them again in the future

Some cool stuff but poor service

There is some cool stuff in the boxes Generally reach month there is at least one cool thing that I really like Some of the T-shirts are really good and all are good quality but payment for next months box is taken as soon as you receive the previous one making it difficult to cancel and customer services just say that as you have paid for the next one they cannot cancel your subscription There needs to be better control of the account

Could improve

After unboxing the latest box I m a little disappointed with the content last few I ve had Some of the items have a little too niche for my liking like some random Japanese video game poster I have no idea what it is I would rather receive more mainstream items like from Marvel or arrow or flash or Star Trek that sort of thing Also the t-shirts have a little too plain for my liking Jamley all one solid colour or just a logo or word on the front

My geek box

I ve been using my geek box for a few months now it started of well But for the last 3 months it s gone to pot I cancelled a mega box guardians as it was over 2 weeks late being sent out the last 3 monthly boxes have been late with very little communication And may and June box content is the worst I ve seen in any box company in ages I m at the point in just cancelling The Facebook girls are amazing tho when you message them

Boxes good but difficult customer service

Customer service is difficult to get hold of Need to provide a phone number Currently takes days to solve an issue as emails sometimes take 24 hours to be responded to Emailed to cancel subscription but not had any response Paid for a three month subscription which has automatically been continued which I definitely didn t want as it was a gift which has now become considerably more expensive

Repeat items

As many have said the boxes are hit or miss as all these type of boxes are The issue that I have had is getting the same thing in different boxes a good example is the iron man vinyl record I have 4 of them all the exact same from different boxes The price has just gone up so I hope that this issue will stop and there will be no more repeat items

If you pre order a Funko be prepared to wait

Pre ordered a Funko Pop at the end of August 2018 Payment was taken in the middle of September and then returned due to the pre-order not arriving Finally got a despatch email in the middle of January 2019 and the pop finally was delivered 10 days later I understand that preorders have release dates etc but to wait that long was quite exceptional

Customer service is not at all good

No direct phone number People you speak to on Facebook Instagram and their own website never give the same answer when you complain Monthly boxes gone seriously downhill in the 6 months It used to be random items but now each box has a theme which you don t get to choose and there are less items in them The only saving grace is sometimes not always the t-shirts are ok

Still waiting on the last part of my

Still waiting on the last part of my delivery so can t give no more then 3 stars unfortunately Following on from your reply the reason no charge has been taken is because it was part of a buy one get one free offer therefore I would only look to cancel if I received a 50 reimbursement from the other item on the order as I would not have placed this order otherwise

Delivered on Time but Poor Quality Items

For two months in a row my Geekbox delivery has been on time so I must commend them for that However for the price paid for the box I didn t expect to have two knockoff pop vinyl s a poorly made rubber and a quite nice t-shirt The only saving grace for the two boxes would have to be the shirts I remember when the box would be filled with interesting unique collectables such as comics figures and more What has happened Geekbox
