Every single parcel I sent via Hermes arrived to destination I have become quite a big fan of Hermes I must say 100 positive experience so far I ll never use DHL or the German post again A they are much more expensive than Hermes it s daylight robbery and B DHL and the German Post are totally useless they lose parcels EVEN when the said parcels have tracking numbers And when they don t have a tracking number the parcels get stolen Hermes guys please keep up the good work the other carriers are catastrophes EDIT the last parcel I sent to the US via Hermes just reached its destination I was a bit scared so far I had sent parcels only within Europe Germany France Belgium I wasn t sure it would work that well with such a destination so far away but everything went smoothly thank you guys I love you and know I can trust you with the most perilous missions hahaha PS I didn t understand why Hermes s rating is so low so I read several reviews it s not their fault if deliveries are taking longer than usual it s the same problem with any carrier They re totally overwhelmed since the beginning of the Corona crisis PS 2 I have no clue what his name is but our Hermes driver is super friendly and helpful To Hermes boss if you read this review this driver in Sachsenhausen FFM deserves a bonus for Christmas

Updated 10th Dec 2018Since received 5 more parcels from H M via Hermes and can t fault them Fast delivery well within time frame parcels left in my requested safe place in immaculate condition INCLUDING porcelain crockery 5 comms photo taken at door Couldn t ask for a better courier 26th November 2018 I don t know what planet other customers are on but I have never had a problem with Hermes 4 parcels in the last 2 weeks the last today well within the time frame given and 5 comms from Hermes throughout My request for them to be left in a safe place was acknowledged by email and items from different stores were left securely and in immaculate condition ie not bashed about ripped or marked I have nothing but good things to say about Hermes and their communication system is excellent even noting the GPS when parcels are delivered Well done and a big shout out for a company you can trust Hermes

Right now I m pleased with Hermes Of course that changes with each delivery boy but I think currently they re working hard to get customers

Hermes has massively improved and I happy to say so My past three deliveries were a day earlier and came on average at 11 00 AM which is perfect for me

My hermes what a joke this company gives good companys a bad reputation They dont take any responsability for anybodys goods they lose items deliver to wrong address and then do not want to compensate people for their screw ups excuse after excuse very bad service absolute s t company been waiting now for over two weeks to hear about my parcel their incompentant driver left my parcel with someone i dont even know which they know about and now have to wait another 7 days cos the cant locate the driver obviously this person has opened my parcel as they have not given it to me All i want is my parcel or be compansated for the item i did not get Crap company full of excuses and fob offs this company should be closed down Crap crap crap zero stars even lower than a zero if that was possible
