I was informed a week ago that my landlord has sold his properties and I needed to contact MYND I was upset and surprised I was contacted by MYND Agent Methusela Mitch and she was very helpful and pleasant She made the transition so easy I also sent a message via the online support and she responded in a timely manner I m highly satisfied with her services

Renting with Mynd is a Pleasure

For four months I ve been renting a home in the Dallas area managed by Mynd and I m thoroughly impressed The application move-in process was smooth and efficient which was a pleasant surprise after dealing with other firms Since move-in my maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally by the online folks who manage dispatch requests and by the contractors and in-house folks Bernard is great who come fix things Renting with Mynd is a pleasure

My condo had a leak in the toilet and was flooding Jason D diligently and with an incredible speed jumped on top of it and resolved and situation within hours He submitted a claim and got the entire thing resolved in less than a day He was professional and kind and I am so grateful for him Thank you so much
