I just want to share a good review despite some issues with the order Like a small percentage of ordering online sometimes things go wrong and this is when customer service counts My experience of contacting most companies to track orders errors etc is a headache and stressful However I phoned My outfit and they answered We re helpful Polite Reassuring And even answered emails within a few hours Customer service is fantastic

Very impressive service from start to finish Item ordered at a competitive price and even when choosing standard delivery the goods were still dispatched the next day Despite recent RM postal strikes package arrived very quickly and in excellent condition No issue with the authenticity of the goods as per their website s info this was 100 a genuine item Always a bit apprehensive when the price is somewhat cheaper than directly from the manufacturer especially with having had a negative experience with a similar item from another retailer but no such issues here There was a very minor issue with the garment not something that would impact the intended look at all and easily fixable but MyOutfit handled it quickly and I d be more than happy to use this company again Highly recommended Many thanks again for providing a great service
