I haven t received my parcel yet

The process of ordering the price and the items delivered were very good however I paid for next day delivery as I needed the items the next day and therefore paid a higher level of postage to find that it s actually on next day if ordered on certain days which wasn t clarified on the website It was frustrating to not receive the items the following day and when I called the response wasn t particularly sympathetic

I ordered from the website 7 days ago it said the delivery time was 2-4 days and I still don t have what I ordered I tried tracking my parcel but i couldn t make sense of it Im not sure if this my fault or the websites

The jacket is great as my wee boy will love it but wasn t to pleased with the way it was packed when I picked it up from sorting office it was in a big brown box and when I opened the box box the jacket was it it but wasn t wrapped in silofene or any kind of packigin you think the price of it they wldnt just send it in a box

i got my parcel and I was very disappointed when I opened the box it looked like they had just chucked the pants in the box the stone island pants was not folded It would have been nicer if they was wrapped and presented nicely in the box as this was for a gift I was Impressed with the delivery but the packaging could have been a lot nicer as I would want to shop with you again
