Excellent service saved time and money

A lawyer quoted me 3000 to help me apply for a grant of confirmation I had done all the work and had all the information in front of me but I just didn t have confidence in completing the required form correctly I had a call with Mike from My Probate Partner and I was immediately put at ease and decided to use their service to help me complete the form myself A couple of hours with their online guides and I submitted my form to MPP for feedback glad I did as I d made a few silly errors Submitted my form to the Sheriff court on the Wednesday and had my grant of confirmation on Friday Saved myself around 2400 Thank you

Great value service

Mike thanks for the support you provided from our initial call through the option selection and then C1 process you ve been really helpful and very easy to deal with The good news is that we now have confirmation I was apprehensive about the submission after some of the horror stories online but it went really well When we took the C1 to the local sheriff court last Friday I had expected just to hand over the forms but the lady took us into a quiet room and went through the documents there and then it only occurred to me half way through that she was basically approving it on the spot She took payment at the same time and the documents were processed and ready for collection by the Monday morning so hardly even 1 working day turn around Brilliant

Much cheaper than a solicitor

We were quoted 3 000 from a solicitor for confirmation of a very straight forward estate We used Mike at My Probate Partner and confirmation was received in less than a month Mike was always prompt to reply to emails

They do what they say efficiently

My mother passed whilst we were in process of selling her house to pay nursing home fees Power of Attorney ceases on death so we spoke to her solicitors about getting confirmation and advised that it would take as long as it takes and they could not give a cost I turned to My Probate Partner and with their help and advice I had C1 form ready to file I took that and the original will to relevant Sheriff court on a Tuesday and confirmation was issued within 24 hours which I received in post on the Thursday With the confirmation we were able to get the property sale back on track which was great since the young couple had already put everything in place to move in Great Service

Responsive friendly service

Mike provided a fantastic helpful and responsive service After submitting the form myself and making mistakes when doing so the form was rejected So I sought out help and after I carefully followed the instructions from Mike my application was accepted by the court with no issues I d recommend anyone speak to Mike before trying to do it themselves A far more cost-effective option than other more costly methods of sorting out an estate
