Natural Stone flooring

We travelled two and a half hour to view natural stone floor tiles as you can never get a full appreciation from any supplier on line The showroom was excellent with a great selection of the natural stone we were considering Ezgi was great to deal with very professional and knowledgeable even made us a nice coffee after a long journey we intend to call and place an order today - we would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom a very pleasant experience

We visited the showroom near Bury St Edmunds today We were greeted by Ryan who was extremely friendly knowledgeable and Professional She was able to offer some good advice for our bathroom project and we came away with some wonderful samples We will be going back

What really sets Quorn Stone apart from other retailers is their exceptional customer service From the outset Rebecca M has guided us through the process of selecting the right tiles to suit our garden makeover We did choose the wrong ones to begin with I didn t appreciate just how much limestone changed color in the rain - but with Rebeccas help the girls from the Bristol office Helen and Jayda and Jess we couldn t be happier with the Porcelain ones that have just been laid We will share photos once complete Many thanks Kim and Lee

Brilliant Customer Support

A standing ovation for Claudia at Quorn Customer Support Having had some issues with our delivery of porcelain tiles she was super helpful in sorting it out However she came into her own when we discovered a damaged pack of tiles at a critical point of installation and worked wonders to get a replacement pack sent to us within two days She was calm helpful proactive and brilliant at helping us through a stressful experience Well done to Claudia and Quorn all customer service should be this good

Amazing tiles and customer service

I had found a photo of some lovely tiles on Pinterest for my new ensuite and managed to track the photo down as being tiles from Quorn stone I placed an order but stupidly was a few short for the splashback I called the team and Elaina went out of her way of finding the best way for me to get some more tiles and sent another box with a lower postage fee so I didn t have to pay for a full crate delivery The tiles themselves look lovely and really high quality unusual tiles They match the recommended grout colour exactly

Superb service

We recently visited the Bury-St-Edmunds showroom after initial email enquiries with Mary She replied to my emails promptly and professionally so we arranged an appointment to visit the local showroom We spent about an hour with Mary who showed us the various ranges and answered our queries She was wonderful it was service with a smile and welcomed our dog Bailey who had a marvellous time It was a thoroughly enjoyable informative visit and we would highly recommend Mary is a credit to your company Thank you Paul Sara and Bailey

Very positive experience of the Quorn Stone

My wife and I visited the Quorn Stone showroom in Bury St Edmunds on 14 10 2024 We were assisted by Elize who was informative and incredibly helpful This made the job of blending an existing terrace with a new hot tub base and new garden pathway straight forward Thanks for a super service
