Very poor customer service Purchased 400 porcelain tiles and phoned for advice on fitting the tiles Whomever I spoke to was helpful but took my number and said they will return my call later the afternoon They never called so I emailed asking the same questions Jordan responded with Sorry we cant advise anything on this as we ae suppliers and each garden and landscapers are different Hopefully you get sorted and when asking for more information about the advice the previous person gave me on the phone about MOT and slurry Jordan responded I would advise Google or YouTube that s where you will find all the information I won t do business with you again

I am delighted with the service I received I spoke to Jay in sales who was efficient and set my order up for me I explained I needed the order ASAP and was told he would do his best order arrived first thing next day simply can not ask for better service than that Old school customer service and I would highly recommend this company

Quality of the stones was good matching a previous set of calibrated Sagar Black flagstones for a very reasonable price Some stones arrived with cracks contacted support and Adam instantly got in touch arranged replacement stones after I confirmed quantity provided photos Replacement stones arrived within 2 days all fully intact Very happy with the communication and support provided by Adam and would use the company again for future purchases
