another company that took my money Beware Absolutely scam According to this company I signed up to something which I did not 21 01 21Again after sending some email Got all money back and resolved everything Thanks

It really isn t a scam just know what your signing up for

Mytimerewards really isn t a scam though it s perhaps a bit disingenuous I ve been a member for several years now which gets me 10 cash back at many sites such as Opodo flights Expedia Trainline Ticketmaster and See Tickets etc it does cost 15 per month but I have earned much more that I have paid especially when traveling for work - I ve made well over 1000 of basically free money Everyone who says it s a scam basically signed up for it without reading what they were signing up for so it s there own fault really and I don t have much sympathy It does seem that they don t make it obvious to perhaps try and catch people out so it could be more transparent judging by the reviews on here But why would you enter your details without reading what for So it s not a scam if you know what you re signing up for and can be quite lucrative if you use it properly

After being a bit distressed about unknowingly signing up to a subscription I wrote to the company and received excellent customer service The company tries to do the right thing and this has changed my view of the business - make sure to you read carefully before signing up to things

mytimerewards co uk completesave co uk not so bad

Both mytimerewards co uk and associated completesave co uk took 15 from my credit card account without authorisation This was a rewards scheme subscription caused by purchasing tickets on thetrainline co uk website The website was full of pop-us and overlays so I suppose some got through my adblock browser protection software However both companies customer service teams responded to my emails within the hour cancelling the unauthorised subscriptions and agreeing to refund the money taken Assuming the refunds are actually made both mytimerewards and completesave appear to be bonafide and acting responsibly - it looks like theTrainline website is the real problem here

I am sorry to say this but people need to take some responsibility and stop blaming the company for everything It clearly states when you sign up that after the 30 days you will get billed 15 They also send you a reminder email a few days before they take this payment AND IT IS SO EASY TO OPT OUT There is a link on the email they send that allows you to opt out It took me all of 5 seconds to opt out I have used mytime rewards to get 30 cashback for using national express On one of the receipts I sent they did initially reject it but when I followed it up with another email pointing out I had followed the process correctly I got the 15 within a few days It is a good reputable site im just gutted my family brought a 699 pc from Currys just after the 30 day free trial otherwise would have got 69 cashback from that too

Excellent cashback site

This site was referred after a purchase from Debenhams I had some difficulty signing up and navigating through the offers but in the end all I was able to process was a second Debenhams purchase All their other offers were for products and services I didn t really want or for services that are closed during the lockdown Because there is a monthly charge I had no real option but to cancel membership because there was no way of making further purchases to get extra cashback The initial 15 reward was provided without delay so I have to give 5 stars for essentially free money
