I have given the customer service for mytimerewards staff 4 stars for their service It was not an outcome that I expected in score rating they quickly within minutes stopped the subscriptions that had been initiated by National Express another rewards service remember that it is not the host site mytimerewards but the participating affiliates who have this in their stores and outlets although I can not expect to see any of the subs back paid over 14 months It does show the guile used by high street companies in a network who work on commission and to how easy they can entrap customers in to a paid subscription service via the customers purchase with out any need to ask for bank details as your details are being processed at that moment hence it is easy to say I didn t know when you was paying for another service nothing is free in life possibly 90 of subscriptions will be correct but were borderline in their presentation of easy to understand facts small print greed and speed pushing in a que plus the point of inception for the subscription makes us grab accept often without checking if you don t have time to sit down and double check the offers then it is your fault the scam is at the goods purchase side where you are that is if there is one outlets should hang their heads in shame no moral compass if they continue

I did mistakenly sign up for their card but they promptly refunded my money so a plus for them

Though it took many emails and also some time eventually they did keep their promise and give you the reward That s why I changed my review now

It really isn t a scam just know what your signing up for

Mytimerewards really isn t a scam though it s perhaps a bit disingenuous I ve been a member for several years now which gets me 10 cash back at many sites such as Opodo flights Expedia Trainline Ticketmaster and See Tickets etc it does cost 15 per month but I have earned much more that I have paid especially when traveling for work - I ve made well over 1000 of basically free money Everyone who says it s a scam basically signed up for it without reading what they were signing up for so it s there own fault really and I don t have much sympathy It does seem that they don t make it obvious to perhaps try and catch people out so it could be more transparent judging by the reviews on here But why would you enter your details without reading what for So it s not a scam if you know what you re signing up for and can be quite lucrative if you use it properly

After being a bit distressed about unknowingly signing up to a subscription I wrote to the company and received excellent customer service The company tries to do the right thing and this has changed my view of the business - make sure to you read carefully before signing up to things
