This company are scammers Once they have your bank details they illegally take money from your bsnk account Absolute jokers They had been taking money from my bank for a long time before I knew it hundreds had gone from my bank at 15 a time without me noticing the payments going out I emailed them and they promised it would stop and it did for 1 month then they started taking money again I ve emailed them to say I m going the Police and reporting this as theft unless all my money is returned and they cancel whatever it is they have set me up on I did not set this up so this has been done illegally without my knowledge Whoever runs this company is ripping off thousands and needs to be arrested This is a crime

I did not knowingly enter into this scheme I rarely shop on the internet so would receive no benefit using this Company hence why would I subscribe I agree with most of the Trustpilot reviews This is a scam fraud I have reported this to my bank and all other relevant authorities including the police In these times of austerity people cannot afford to pay for a service which they clearly do not want and which has been unwittingly forced upon them I personally may end up paying bank charges due to this scam If things aren bad enough To demonstrate this is a reputable company it needs to make it clear how to cancel this subscription Having read all reviews this company have NOT mentioned the words REFUND and CANCELLATION PROCESS - I wonder why not This company is treating customers with sheer distain Like vulchers sweeping in Why is this Company happy to take money from customers who clearly do not want the service and more than likely cannot afford it

This is the second time I ve been scammed by this company The way they get you to sign up is very sneaky I cancelled the first time a few years ago and from what I remember it was an absolute nightmare to cancel then and then the second time I cancelled last month I was emailed to confirm the account had been cancellled but they have gone ahead and stolen the money from my account I phoned their customer service number and was told that I m confused by a person who barely speaks English and that I ve only cancelled the first time when they scammed me a few years ago How rude I know people who have actually used this company and have said it s more hassle than what it s worth to actually get the savings on products Absolute joke of a company

I booked tickets online with national express By ticking a box I unwittingly subscribed to my time rewards and nx rewards both linked to national express Both organisations too 15 subscription fees without my consent It s disgusting behaviour and would have thought national express were a respected company and wouldn t be associated with such a fraudulent scam I have had one of the 15 returned and will set about retrieving the other Shame on you National Express I won t be using you again
