A little slow but very good Experience
When executing a few swaps within Exodus Wallet i got flagged for KYC Considering some negative stories in social media about N Exchange i mentally prepared myself for a never ending KYC-Loop But aside from the fact that it took over 3 nervewrecking weeks as they hold your money it went through quite smooth And they promptly answered all my emails to them within same day So communication was good and i got back my money in the end I m thankfull for handling my case professionally I guess it helped that i could provide solid documentation for the source of my funds You always have to be prepared for KYC and try to keep any documents ready If you don t have that i know it can be tricky if you bought crypto many years ago then better just stay away from in-wallet swaps and exchange your crypto on big exchanges where you did KYC beforehand which is cheaper anyway
