My product was delivered to the wrong address but Joyce R did a great job of finding the issue and resending my belongings

Unfortunately the dress I had ordered arrived faulty at the time when I purchased the dress it was in a sale with 50 off when I then went back to do a return the dress was back up to full price I refused to want to pay the full price when I originally purchased it in the sale so after contacting for help Jona Rhena managed to send out the new dress for me at the sale price and next day delivery Really helpful customer service thank you very much
