My wife I bought from Nathaniel Car Sales - Bridgend as our daughter had bought cars from there previously she always had positive experiences both pre-purchasing purchasing post-purchasing We first saw Craig Johnstone when we tested a Peugeot 208 and later he arranged for us to test a Renault Captur when we were looked after by Terry Christopher We were delighted with the Renault decided to purchase it We arranged to collect the car the following week the whole process was without any problems or drama Terry even hand-delivered the second key card a few days later We could not find fault with our recent dealings with Nathaniel Car Sales Bridgend would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional friendly experience when looking to buy a vehicle

Went with my mum to buy a new car and we both had a great experience with the whole team there Really nice salesman gave plenty of time for questions etc Was given a very good price for my mum s car and then given a cup of latte whilst we waited for the admin work to be completed All in all was a very pleasant experience

Fabulous dealership Bought a 71 plate MG ZS Exclusive after my other ZS was written off in an accident No pushy salesmen Was interested in a model I saw online but wasn t at the dealership until a few days later Tom kept me updated as to when it would arrive and even offered the use of a courtesy vehicle whilst they prepared the car Whole process was professional and a great experience and am so glad I used this dealership to purchase my car Can t thank Tom enough for his help throughout the sale Would definitely recommend

Brilliant experience
From start to finish the experience was brilliant When I first walked in I had another car in mind from a different dealership I first dealt with Christian and he informed me of all the features of the car I was looking at He was very polite and helpful and didn t come across as pushy in any way Decided to buy from here as the car was much better all around than what I had my eye on before I walked in I was kept informed of everything all the way through until handover day unfortunately Christian was off that day I had the pleasure of meeting Shane for the handover who was a very cheerful and helpful member of staff He fully informed me of the set up procedure and the collection went very seamless Would 100 recommend
