Excellent service from start to finish Popped in with my mother to purchase a new Nissan Sam the sales guy was extremely helpful He s not your usual pushy sales guy he was informative helpful and knowledgeable oh and very calm which anyone has to be when my mother and I are shopping and making big decisions We told him what we were looking for I left him with my mother as my partners daughter and I went off to look at other cars Mum fell in love with an echo grey micra loved how it felt inside and how it looked outside We sat down did some discussions looked at the demo car went back to that car all the while whilst Sam was patient and honest We sat down again went through things again and decided to seal the deal The offer of collection was quick too Fast forward 2 days we met Rhys the business manager again feel for this new guy who had to experience mum and I He offered the additionals mum said what she wanted and what she didn t he didn t push her to buy stuff she didn t want The deal was signed and sealed and poor Rhys probably went home to drink several beers that evening Collection day I met mum at the garage she did her final bits of signing over her part ex with Rhys and then we met Simon who would talk mum through her lovely shiny brand new car poor Simon Anyways he did a fantastic job of that answered mums questions whilst I pressed buttons and connected her phone to the car He was extremely helpful and smiled the whole way through who knows maybe it was through gritted teeth with the thought of why me Mum drives off in her new car and everyone is happy Thank you Griffin Mill Tonteg Road for a honest and great service when I eventually talk him into upgrading the qashqai to an Xtrail I know where I ll be coming
