Sat online at 745 didn t let me join meeting told to call number no answer first and last time to use this company

Unprofessional tutor

I found the tutor Andrew very unprofessional He spent a great deal of the course time holding forth on his personal life prejudices and political opinions It seems likely to me that many people would find some of these offensive Whatever anybody s opinion on these matters they were completely irrelevant to the course material I experienced these as a waste of time At one point Andrew provided his email address for the express purpose of putting attendees of the course in touch with beautiful Russian women who wanted to marry British men I would guess that course providers and the DVSA would find this behaviour unacceptable

Lack of trust in what this business provides

I got in touch with national compliance training prior to this review and they left me on hold for 20mins Not good enough This business gave my employee the wrong persons data then when we received the correct data and rebooked for the retake of the exam they forgot to email us the dates for the pre-exam day so that day was unfortunately mist They need to a bit more careful with everyone s data GDPR and organise their events more professionally You spend a lot of money plus your working time and get a shoddy service Not good enough

Course had good content but too longer stints

Course had good content but periods of screen time were too much Adding to that the blurred videos and quality I would hope this could be improved in the future Spending 4 hours straight with limited breaks on screen time with very bright slides is not enjoyable or good for eyes

The instructor was good but seeing as i dont own a digi taco card never have never will i dont know the euro rules on driving trucks as i drive a bus alot of stuff was way over my head didn t interest me at all the course over ran by 30mins was suppose to start at 8 30am but didn t start until 9am

Very unprofessional

Thought the tutor Andrew was very unprofessional with his wife and child in the room constantly talking to them through out the day and the child being noisy at times I paid a lot of money for this course will not be using this company ever again and the response is complete lies as his wife and child where there all day and he actually told us he works from home as he is in Russia again very disappointed at the bull response but hey ho as said I will never use this company again and have told everyone I know to save there money and go somewhere else

Driver CPC training - convenient online method of completing training

This course was well put together and delivered but was sadly let down by the Tutor being constantly interrupted and undermined by another tutor attending the course as a participant

Good instructor for buses not haulage

Adrian is a great instructor and I really enjoyed his company However when you are running a Transport Manager refresher course for Haulage you really should have somebody presenting it who has a background in Haulage not Passenger transport

I like the teacher but as stated

I like the teacher but as stated a lot and I mean a lot of the content wasnt for HGV drivers We are not required to have a first aid box in the lorry A lot was for first aiders As my wife fully qualified First aider and a lot was for just that As she noticed stuff that was way out of spec for the course
