Honest feedback from me

Honest feedback from me the cpc instructor was too picky and paranoid and suspicious about people was doing as he called it multitasking he picked up on me couple of times keep asking me if was doing multitasking or saying apparently i caught his attention all day which felt very annoying and offensive you getting paid to read through whatever is front of you for people or say whatever you need to say and if someone turn their head or check on their phone for couple of seconds while listening to you is not a big deal he also was very picky on people has to be on time by seconds after the break which felt like being in a military base or something it s not a big deal bud take it easy it s only a online cpc course

Driver compliance course

Lots of endless chat and conversation that wasn t relevant to what i needed to learn The actual content could have been covered in 3 hours Gareth the tutor said at the end of the day and yea way too much I found it pretty irritating and took my focus away from what I was meant to be learning More efforts could have been made to interact with everyone and make the course more enjoyable I appreciate these courses can be of boring content but delivery and engagement with the group is key to creating a successful course in my opinion This said the booking system and admin around the course was really good Conrad in particular was incredibly helpful

Don t like medical subjects

Anything medical doesn t agree with me so i m always going to have a negative response to anything medical but I do feel that the course was taught well There was lots of information though that was told us that wasn t on the screen all the time though is one improvement

Informative first aid section

It was informative and improve awareness when having to be around casualty injuries and unwell individuals It gives an overall understanding about first aid It helps to undertake a full first aid course

A well informed trainer

Nicola was clearly a well informed trainer who knew her subject well The course was well delivered My only negative was at least one slide which contained factually incorrect information but this was clarified when it was queried but alittle disconcerting Overall a positive experience

Well presented course on a subject that has no great highlights Well done and thank you Maybe a good idea to mute the coughing and sniffling participants at least I wasn t wearing headphones it would have been right in my ear

it goes quicker when you interact

It can be long and boring as you have to do many hours at a time to get the qualification but if you interact it makes the experience better and quicker The course was informative about certain aspect of the job i didnt think about Also just a good refresher Steve was a good tutor The only real thing i would change is either longer breaks or less overall time doing the course on a single day I would prefer to do half the amount in a day

Like most experienced drivers I was not looking forward to this Adrian does a good job and I did learn a couple of things and refreshed a couple of others The Driver Compliance module Worth doing for all HGV PSV drivers stuff does change slightly all the time A day not wasted

Course met expectations one star less because some of the data was not fully up to date although the instructor did advise when this was the case Shocking video content to drive home the points made
