Over sized and hideous dresses Don t rely on their size chart All their reviews are fake I bought 2 dresses wrote bad reviews and they didn t publish either They re controlling their reviews so don t believe any of them

They only post five star reviews on their site they hide the negative ones so you don t get an accurate idea of the item being reviewed There are no measurements on any items Not even furniture I ordered a jewelry box I expected it to be small but it is extremely small I would never have paid that much had I known how small it was It is also very light which means it is not made of hardwood and will warp within a short time especially if a person lives in a humid climate

Very strange customer service

Very strange customer service I can t review the item I ordered because it never shipped Ordered on a Friday midday The next day I received an e-mail stating that my order had shipped all good 9 days later and the tracking information still showed that the item had not yet reached USPS Left a message on their bot and never received an answer Called on a Friday at 4 pm Eastern not their regular business hours and no answer Called on Saturday no answer On a Monday morning I finally got someone on the phone I requested that the order be cancelled and it was The rep said it was a carrier error

I ordered an item then canceled 5 minutes later I tried contacting on phone No answered I submitted a request on their website as instructed and the next morning they said it shipped I received no order confirmation number I never received an email for my purchase I finally got through the next morning and I spoke with the rudest customer service person of my life She would not let me speak She was no help They now want me to pay for shipping to return it Do not order from this company without reading all the negative reviews I have since found online

Initially I was very excited to find this company but unfortunately the quality is not there I spent 700 on the take anywhere table which was defective and cracked two wood chairs which do not feel very sturdy or supportive and an umbrella I received my items 6 3 21 and it is now 6 27 21 The table cracked in half as it was defective I reached out to return the items and it is saying I am outside of my return window due to when I placed my order rather than received my order Very dissappointed especially since I put so much trust in the company and purchased so many items

Terrible Return Policy

They do have really cute things and I love their products However I bought something that was too big I made it all the way through the return process only to discover at the end that I would be charged the return fee Unless of course I got a store credit In this day and age this just seems antiquated and a good way to lose customers Now I don t feel like shopping there anymore

I ordered a small welcome home gift for my grandson coming home from the Navy I paid next day delivery It has not even been picked up by UPS yet so there s no way it s getting to Kentucky from Jacksonville Florida today I tried to contact them at 2 PM and they were closed Evidently they aren t open on the weekend either If they couldn t have gotten it there overnight they shouldn t have offered it It was quite expensive to pay for overnight premium delivery No Customer Service no customer support I don t think this is a legitimate business Better Business Bureau needs to check it out
