Total ScamOrder number 2483584 gave me a different quote and different to the trucking company Trucking company charged me the amount given to them else they were not ready to give my belongings Upon talking to Navistar they said we will refund you the balance which was 500 and gave me the timeline of 30 days Sarrah Coppola was the customer service representative Its almost 6 months I have called them at least 50 times wrote 10 emails the call goes to accounting department and they will answer either we are investigating give us 30 days from your last call means leave them for 30 days else investigation days count will start from zero if you give them a call before 30 days of the last call - funny or we don t have any status Tried calling Relocation Specialist David Miller - he replied don t try to outsmart me I have your number saved and you will not get your refund ever This company should be banned immediately

Do NOT trust this company

Never use this company to move your 83-year old mother They will subcontract to a company that you will have no control or way to handle any issues that will come up In my case they subbed to a company with HUNDREDS of Better Business Bureau complaints for damaged goods and horrible treatment The dispatcher Alex became so angry when I simply asked clarifying questions that he began yelling obscenities at me and hung up on me without answering questions When I followed up with Navistar customer service they simply did not care nor was of ANY help whatsoever Navistar sells a good story up front and Nicholas Demarco will sound believable to make the sale but they will not live up to all of his promises DO NOT TRUST this company with your move

This company deserves a zero star rating They have been everything but helpful They lied about delivery service don t answer the phone and are rude when they do The delivery guy doesn t even know details about where your stuff is going or how long it will take to get there The Navistar Customer service is rude and unhelpful I ve read about several unhappy customers as well who didn t even get there stuff THEY ARE A SCAM DO NOT USE THEM

Don t get confused this is a broker not a moving company They scheduled my move with a company that had no contact info Then the moving company never showed up and when I called to get more info the customer service supervisor said they can t do anything about it and refused to refund my money This is a scam company

They are scammers They gave a very good price quote and asked to pay immediately the deposit by check and bank transfer I was little suspicious and later when I said I can pay deposit by credit card he said NO I told okay I can transfer by paypal he said NO he said credit card and paypal are fraud By using credit card you can claim your money back if they dont provide service They are thief scammers and fraudesters DO not use them Report to the authorities if you can

Total scam Ethan was super helpful or so I thought Booked them for a long distance move decided to cancel after reading all the terrible reviews Got about 25 phone calls after zero legit response from me email Two days later they tried to cash my check for thousands of dollars Do not trust this company

I was simply getting a quote from this Co I asked for the name of the company looked them up so all the negative reviews and told him no thanks he then proceeds to send me this email You must think I m dumb I know once you asked my company name you started looking us up You think because we have bad reviews were not a reputable company I ll tell you one thing honey if you go with a company that looks great on the internet you re going to be in for a real treat on the day of pick up I ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional and rude If he s that way before I sign a contract I can only imagine how he be after- scam artist

Hello everyone We just moved from Texas to Florida First it all started nicely with giving us the quote and then when the people came to pickup they quote us the different price intact from 4800 to 8750 which I paid because I dint had any choice but then when we got the delivery they tried to squeeze more money and plus we have to undo so many things which was already paid for and last but not least our TV screen is Brocken and we tried to get an insurance money they said we will pay only 40 dollars So the punch line is lousiest service with lot of middle man s and worst service experience Please if anybody is moving please take my advice and use anybody but themOur booking reference was 2478008
