My bank account was compriomised last
My bank account was compriomised last week and it has been brought to my attention a new DD was set up in September and October for NCO Europe but I havent been advised or completed a confirmation of a new direct debit with that Company therefore I have reported this to my Bank As yet I contacted NCO via complaints email on Saturday and tried to call on Monday but you have to leave a voicemail heard nothing back cancelled all payments as i dont recognise the arrangement however it looks like it might have to do with a take over of another company

Dont answer the phone or return emails I wasnt happy that dulogi jst gave my details to this company as they don t reply to emails or answer the phone how are you meant to speak to someone Can they black list you does anyone know as im worried about a late payment but ive tried contacting them to make it

Poor communications that leads to unethical business practice
Having looked at the reviews I can see that neither you nor duologi have followed any formal process on communicating the change of the credit agreement ownership - Honestly if this was done in a structured manner as laid out by UK regulations this would not have happened I sent you an email this morning - Hello I am writing regarding serious concerns related to the handling of my account specifically regarding the transfer of debt to a third-party company without notification and unauthorised withdrawals from my bank account 1 Transfer of Debt Without NotificationAccording to the rules and principles under the Financial Conduct Authority FCA creditors are required to provide clear and timely communication to debtors concerning any changes in the management of their debt including transfer to a third-party organisation I have NOT receive any formal notice about this transfer which is both a violation of transparency obligations and a source of undue stress and confusion I would like to formally request A comprehensive explanation regarding the rationale behind the debt sale or transfer Documentation showing when and how I was informed about this transfer if at all 2 Unauthorized Payment WithdrawalsIn addition I have been notified by HSBC that payments have been withdrawn from my bank account without my express consent from another company It is a clear requirement under UK law including the Payment Services Regulations 2017 that payments cannot be taken from my bank account without clear authorisation This failure to obtain explicit permission before initiating withdrawals is a breach of financial conduct regulations and my client s rights under consumer law I have notified HSBC about this and they HSBC have stopped the direct debit and have launched an internal investigation I have a reference for this if you need it HSBC have also notified me to contact you and raise a complaint followed by launching a formal complaint to the Financial Ombudsman However as notified by the FCA I need to give you reasonable time to respond to this - which I am As such please provide Evidence of any authorisation I allegedly provided permitting the debits A full refund of any unauthorised amounts deducted from my account with interest where applicable 3 Violation of FCA Regulations and Potential ConsequencesI believe the above points highlight potential breaches of the FCA s Consumer Credit Sourcebook CONC specifically concerning the fair treatment of consumers and transparency in debt management Should these issues remain unresolved I will be advising my solicitor to escalate this complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service Next Steps I expect a written response within 5 days of receipt of this complaint Failure to address the issues comprehensively and promptly will leave my client with no choice but to take further action Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter I trust that you will handle this complaint in accordance with your regulatory obligations and will work to resolve it fairly and swiftly ---On sending this I get a response from your team saying you need my - First line of your current address and previous line if you have recently moved Postcode and previous line if you have recently moved Your Date of Birth Current Balance Details of last payment made----However I do not know who you are and if you re trying to scam me Or the relationship you have with Duologi---I personally think your credit control manager and team responsible for this should be put on administrative leave

Unauthorised Charges and No Communication
I am extremely disappointed with NCO Europe My debt was apparently transferred to them but I was never notified of this change They have been taking money from my account every month without providing any introduction explanation or communication regarding the debt they are managing No account was set up no correspondence was sent and I have received zero notifications about these withdrawals This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable I have contacted the company to resolve this issue and am waiting for a prompt response I urge NCO Europe to contact me immediately to explain their actions and address my concerns This situation has caused unnecessary stress and I expect full accountability

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company so after leaving a great review two weeks ago for NCO after receiving an email to say my account has been settled in full due to personal issues I was told it was now settled and to accept the email as acceptance of this Today I received a call from NCO telling me a mistake was made and it s not been settled after all so after closing my account two weeks ago they have now reopened it and I feel this is very unfair You can t just mistakenly send emails out which may I add had my account number and my name so hard to see how it was a mistake and now change your mind and try to recall it As if I didn t already have enough problems to deal with hence why I made an offer to settle in the first place

This company are being an absolute joke Been trying to register for login to account tried 6 times today INFORMATION IS ABSOLUTELY GOOD I M PUTTING IN BUT THEY KEEP SAYING ERROR TRY AGAIN Just sent a complaint into them directly tonight Absolutely nothing back again Having read the other reviews on trust pilot I m not surprised Not feeling my best have cancer since August 2023 and don t need this hassle

Amex debt was obtained by NCO Payment plan was setup but no payments were taken by them even after providing my details Tried to login but says my account is closed No communication was sent to me they have my phone number and email address What is going on I m happy to settle this but with no communication from NCO it s quite difficult Sent an email

Tried to make a payment The website is ridiculous it was for a one off payment Not accepted Tried to create and Register not accepted Tried to pay by phone yes not accepted They also wanted to know how the payment was funded nothing to do with them I find this very intrusive Finally got through and paid on the phone took me an hour to do this Ridiculous Never contact you to remind you of payment Tried to make a settlement offer the website took the full balance some of which I had just paid What a bunch of bandits If I could leave no or minus stars I would
