Fab time had by my son

My son went to Castleton had a fab time from rock-climbing abseiling a trip to Go Ape he even made a new friend a goat he named George the staff were brill highly recommend this experience

I attended NCS at Eastbourne for the first week of the summer Everything was fun - from our team facilitator to the activities I enjoyed every activity including the smoothie challenge which initially I didn t think I would I think NCS was one of the best weeks I ve ever had and the group I was in was amazing Our team facilitator Joel made every second fun Yippee

this was one of the best weeks ive had this summer the site Grosvenor hall was very lovely and had a variety of interesting and exiting activities such as archery a 3G swing and Jacobs ladder to name only a few the group leader were all very nice and ensured we had friends within our groups the dorm style was good for the residential and the bathrooms and showers were okay we were given a lot of breaks which allowed us to chill between activities which helped keep our energy up there was a variety of food options for each meal including vegan and halal options and allergens were listed on the menu overall it was a wonderful trip and i would absolutely recommend it

Ncs was a massive experience for me

Ncs was a massive experience for me personally The first two days was kinda slow but it was also a great way to meet and talk to new people and open up to others Day three and four was very adventurous and showed me how helping others get over there fears is an amazing feeling All the activities helped me improve on myself and help others in my team At first I was kinda rethinking the whole situation but by the end of the 5 days I didn t want to leave because I d all the people I d become friends with and the amazing staff making my experience 10x better especially sully Will Abby and Chris

The NCS Live it experience was by far the best thing i ve ever done

The NCS Live it experience was by far the best thing i ve ever done We went to the Laches Wood outdoor centre campus and my leader was Molly On the first day i honestly wanted to go home it was nothing like what i was expecting it to be and i was pretty ill over the first night but Molly convinced me to stay and i m so so so glad i did Ive got over my fears learned it s okay to be myself round others Learned so many new skills Made so many new friends and got an extremely full camera roll from all the pictures and videos I am 100 going again next year and recommend everyone else to as well You won t regret it

An experience all kids should have before becoming 18

My son 16 years old attended the Boss It programme last week July and came back really glad to have joined and enjoyed it a lot He met a lot of new people went alone no friends with him and had the opportunity to make new friends learn about team building activities some outdoor physical activities etc Overall I think it is a great programme and opportunity for the kids to learn to live away from home socialise with other people and learn to just be themselves on their own move out of their comfort zone Every kid should go through something similar at some point before they are 18 Great organization and group of people

Canberra farm NCS

I d like to thank all the staff for making this experience one I will never forget but a special shout out to Libby and Megan who were my team leaders always knew where they were when I needed them and always so passionate about their job which i appreciated a lot I met many new friends on the trip too we stayed at Canberra farm and the overall experience was just fantastic Definitely recommend going it pushed me out my comfort zone but I loved every minute of it I really hope to see Megan and Libby again in September for the rewards night
