Had mattress mid November it s now

Had mattress mid November it s now December 15th been getting back pain around my shoulders for about 2 weeks now Hope it s mattress not settled in yet Will call it in new year Might be a bit hard for me Hope not

The mattress itself is very good

The mattress itself is very good it s very much what I hoped for in terms of firmness comfortabilty and support The only negative was the delivery itself which was only to the ground floor and trying to drag it upstairs with my wife was extremely challenging

really easy ordering process and

really easy ordering process and mattress was delivered when stated no problem The mattress is firm but not too firm and very comfortable Have a small problem with a dip which have taken up with customer service as mattress is only a month old hence only 4stars but so far been very helpful looking into this problem so not expecting any difficulties

Hybrid mattress definitely helps my back

Fast delivery Contact with delivery window night before then just before delivery The hybrid mattress standard is comfy and is definitely helping with my back pain Initially when you lie on it it doesn t feel like the comfiest mattress ever it s quite firm However the proof is in the sleeping I sleep very well on it and have much less back pain now

Excellent communication with despatch and delivery Despite information saying hybrid mattress was cooling it really isn t I don t find the mattress particularly comfortable either

Overall we re pleased with the matress Only issue is it can move slide during the night wake up in the morning it ll be a couple of inches to one side

Quick delivery but firmer than we thought

Quick delivery and responsive to an initial problem with the mattress so very happy with the service However the mattress is a bit firmer than we expected so we re keeping it for now to see how well we or it adjusts but it may end up going back

Firm and supportive mattress

Ordered a Nectar Memory Foam Mattress Single Delivery was quick and on time Initial impression is that the mattress is considerably firmer than my previous memory foam mattress A Leesa from 2017 However I ve had it a few weeks now and it feels comfortable and supportive I m not waking with any aches or pains either It s also a lot lighter than my previous Leesa mattress and I don t yet know if this will affect the longevity of the mattress I was disappointed my Leesa only lasted 5 years before developing a big dip in the middle A couple of minor gripes there is a sewn ridge around the top edge of the mattress which is uncomfortable if you lie close too or sit on the edge of the mattress Finally there was no cutter in the box despite the instructions saying it should have been included
