Delivery ok but no free gift event a month later

The delivery of the mattress was fine although it was a struggle getting it in properly without assistance I am however very disappointed that the free bedding set has still not arrived Any idea of how long you have to wait for this

There was a delay on the delivery time Pillows were out of stock and despite taking payment for them Nectar didn t give regular updates on when the pillows were back in stock Eventually arrived 4-5 weeks later Pillows have strong pungent smell

The bedding set is not free Beware they trick you then charge you

You told me the bedding set was free with the mattress however I ve just looked at the bill and you charged me for bedding set that I didn t really want I don t like dishonesty

It was a late delivery so by the time I had put it together It did not have long to air the new mattress The bed and mattress I am very happy with

Comfortable but support is not even

seamless delivery but mattress is below expectations Very comfortable at first but after a few weeks I can feel a different support in different areas Unlikely that it will stay in its initial shape over time even flipping it It is also softer than expected

The delivery team that Nectar use were far from satisfactory They carelessly lobbed the box into my garden and were rushing to get away At one point they asked me for money to unpack the product I d already paid 60 for a delivery to the chosen room and now one of them was trying to get extra cash out of me for removing the mattress packaging Apart from that the bed is lovely

Great communications from company

Great communications from company delivery was on time our only issue was the firmness of the mattress and after a month of trialing it we decided to return the mattress and look for a soft version If you like firm mattresses this one would be ideal We used the 365 return and customer services were great in honouring the return

Still on the fence it s early days for this new mattress however we find the pillows uncomfortable so we are using our old ones

Different experience with 2 purchases

Overall happy with speed of delivery and packaging of the mattress pillows etc Delivery simple enough We bought 2 double mattress bundles Both kids happy with the mattress One set of pillows are good medium support whilst one set is hard as a rock Didnt realise until we opened so unable to return so just a word of warning to anyone buying that not all their products are equal Customer service suggested it may get better after use but unlikely in my opinion after being used for a month now Just beware when you open as return policy is pretty strict Otherwise no complaints

I really comfortable mattress however

I really comfortable mattress however the mattress smells awful Even leaving it uncovered in an vented room it still smells weeks later Otherwise no issues with the delivery or the quality of the product just a shame about the smell which at first made me feel quite nauseous
