Really messy payment process with website not responding tried to put through straight away on debit card without my authorisation which didn t go through then took about 10 attempts to put through on credit card got a message saying payment declined before I was given an option to select my authentication method my credit card app Been a long time since I ve seen something so messy Hopefully won t be a reflection on the quality of the mattress

Delivery guys wanted to drop a huge heavy box at our front door and run even after being told we paid to have them take it to our bedroom they argued with us until being shown our order Anyway it was easy to setup but quiet heavy When ordering we initially thought we were buying a matress from Simba but by the time I d scrolled through the warranty and returns info I found I was buying from Nectar Not familiar with either of them but the descriptions and images look the same Since I can effectively test the matress for up to 6 months and since they advise sleeping on it for at least 30 days we went ahead First impressions were oh dear this is very firm and a little later this is very warm not keeping cool like the marketing suggests Its now about 50 days later and I can honestly say that its no improvement over our old traditional style pocket-spring mattress Not sure we ve reached consensus but I think we will be returning it after the holidays

An experienced aged review I have been sleeping on my nectar mattress for three years now This is my third review Within a short time of using it three years ago I was aware it had already started dipping with no recovery I am well within weight limits I tried to return it under the year guarantee which still had 3 months left to run but was told no because I didn t use it immediately on receipt but rather waited for a few months until I had moved house and the fact it was stored rolled up for so long damaged it So I was stuck with it I sleep alone on a double size and I turn it around regularly which is extremely difficult on your own as it is very heavy and there are no turning handles Its a wonder I haven t put my back out by now 3 years on it s just getting worse I ve bought a few toppers which are ok for a little while but then they just sink into the dips eventually too It seems to have sunk to a point where the lowest bit is very firm almost hard Over the while I have also realised how warm the bed gets It was unbearable this summer being so warm I am now considering going back to good old fashioned posture springing Memory foam mattresses it seems are wonderful for a short while but they certainly don t stand the test of time of 10 years and for the price And never believe the guarantees it s like trying to get money back from an insurance company

Ordering was easy delivery time was quite quick However don t order if you live above 2 flights of stairs as the delivery company they use won t go above that Cancelled order as they were going to dump it 2 flights down Poor choice of delivery company guys Need to choose one that will actually deliver

I purchased Nectar premium hybrid mattress king size For first few days it was good and later it becomes soggy Actually I am a side sleeper every morning I woke from this bed one side of my hip has a sharp pain This bed is good for people with 60-70kg Beyond that it is questionable

This is my second matress from Nectar and after loving my memory foam matress I decided to pay more for the premium hybrid This has only given me several back and hip pain to the point which I wake up during the night several times I will be looking to change it again sadly

Only healthy fit couples can buy your mattress Impossible to get it upstairs and unpack it when on your own and or disabled Packaging was environmentally appalling No recycling of packing or old mattress

Year 1 fantastic year 2 ok year 3 Back pain and discomfort no longer able to get a good night s sleep and needs replacing I have also replaced the pillow as this no longer provides the original level of support Purchased a king size mattress in March 2021 and whilst taking longer than we hoped to adjust to was very comfortable and lived up to expectations for the first 18months Sadly the mattress has slowly lost its form over the last year and now sags badly resulting in discomfort back pain and poor sleep Hoping the warranty process will be as good as it is made out to be and we can get a resolution without too much stress

After many years of having the old memory foam we finally decided to try Nectar mattress It s been a month since we have it it s not the most comfortable it s so firm and my neck back and hips aches I want to return it

Was so close to leaving a good review but i had to reduce to 2 stars from 5 as the promised dispatch of a free bedding set never happened after emails from Jordan R and Elouse H stating it was dispatched and a live chat advisor saying the same thing to me a few days later So i was lied to on 3 occasions by staff at nectar unfortunately The mattress itself has of now been excellent Definitely taking some getting used to though as we used to have a pillow top silentnight mattress for the past 10 years and my wife has back issues and it s taking her even more time to adjust but after 2 weeks i can t complain much about the mattress Shame the customer service hasn t been as good otherwise would have given 5 stars
