Great hotel in Val disere

I have just returned from a week in La Tovi re hotel in Val d Isere It was a great holiday with excellent snow and very comfortable hotel The predominately Greek staff had come from a Neilson beach resort and provided great service especially the barman The hotels position in La Daille must quieter than the main part of Val D Isere is superb just opposite two big lifts and a wonderful view of the slopes from our balcony The spa was a particular high point to sooth the aching muscles at the end of the day I would recommend this to all intermediate and advanced skiers

Fantastic hotel and the staff were brilliant Nothing was too much bother and everyone went out of their way to make the holiday as good as possible The restaurant manager Suzanne and her team ensured that service for meals was always 5 The food was excellent too with great choices and very well cooked and presented

Neilson beach club Fuertaventura

Everything ran really smoothly From booking right until leaving The Neilson staff were really friendly and helpful There were lots of activities to choose from and you were never bored The hotel resort was friendly clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting We will definitely plan another beach club holiday with neilson in the future and may even revisit this resort as it is perfect for some winter sun

An amazing family holiday Great range of activities for everyone Did a lot of the fitness classes and all the girls were amazing In particular Amber was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed her classes and my PT sessions with her Would definitely recommend Neilsons to others

A great week at Hotel del Clos

A really great week at Hotel del Clos Andorra Accommodation comfortable family room service excellent and food plentiful with lots of choice - almost too much choice The short walk to the chair lift was not a problem for us with skis and boots adults and teenage children Skiing was great with lots of pistes open despite the warm temperatures and relative lack of snow Some were quite icy in places having been bashed hard to preserve them Pistes were good for our level of skiing intermediate Food in the mountain was also good Fun entertainments in the bar and the guided tours of the slopes - thank you reps Overall have really enjoyed ourselves - thank you Nielson and Hotel del Clos

Fantastic customer service

We have travelled with Neilson on skiing holidays many times and their customer service is superb Everything possible is done to make the holiday great and when a problem occurs to help in any way possible The childcare is excellent the hotel clean and spacious the food served buffet style and very varied and all the staff courteous and helpful You can also get skiing lessons for a three year old which is not usually the case in eg France We would thoroughly recommend Neilson for a family ski holiday

Excellent Staff were great - put a lot of effort into making it very enjoyable and provided prompt assistance when needed Mountain guiding was provided f o c by an instructor from the local ski school Room was good Food was good - best breakfast options I ve seen in 40 years of skiing Ski in ski out isn t always possible if the snow isn t there hotel location is low but they manage this well by providing free mini bus shuttle pick-up from the nearest lift All in all excellent

Really enjoy the vibe at vounaki Like that there is only transfer day -so far less coming and going if new faces into classes feels much friendlier than departures midweek Staff all excellent as usual Spent a lot of time on tennis courts - Johnny Charlie and Harry are fab coaches and also fun and friendly Beach staff great and the board felt in good conditionRestaurant staff great particularly Stephanie and vassilis

Review for the Neilson Hotel Del Clos

Stayed at the Neilson Hotel Del Clos in El Tartar Andorra It s a really lovely hotel with large comfortable spotless rooms and communal areas that s in a good position for accessing the Grandvalira snow area We stayed on a half board basis The food was extremely tasty with lots of choices at each meal The afternoon tea with homemade cake and biscuits was very welcome after a day of skiing Staff and reps were very friendly and helpful We had extremely good holiday and felt that it was excellent value Will definitely keep in mind for a return visit
