I have bought from here about 3 to 4 times and each time the customer service has been awesome The first time I bought from here there was an issue with the product due to improper handling by the delivery people and the company was prompt in sending me a replacement The products are always matching the description and they also have correct measurements The product quality and durability is pretty good but it also depends on how the customer handles it as I have bought ceramics from them
