NEST is the best

After a lengthy drawn-out process I am finally in my new home in Berkshire There were a lot of hold-ups on the way through no fault of Nest and I was let down by someone who had wanted to buy the property but then decided to cut all contact with Nest Extremely rude and inconsiderate of them Turns out they decided to buy a different property but didn t bother telling anyone else This held things up for quite some time and because I was anxious not to lose the property I wanted to buy in the end I had to reduce the price so this did not happen Dan kept me in regular touch with how the local market was going prior to my securing a buyer which I found very useful He was very helpful pleasant and patient during this stressful time and whenever I spoke to him he made me feel calmer So thank you Dan and I would like to recommend Nest to anyone who is thinking of selling purchasing

Nick and the Team at Nest in Essex manage a rental property for me The service is excellent and I would highly recommend They make me aware of current legislation and take all the necessary measures to make sure my rental complied with government regulations Nick you and the team are FABULOUS Thank you

Selling my leasehold flat was far from

Selling my leasehold flat was far from straight forward but Rachel did an amazing job of getting it across the line She went way above and beyond the norm was always super quick to give me any new information and pass on info to prospective buyers She is a really friendly lady makes such an effort often working far outside of normal hours was constantly at the end of the phone with and queries that I didn t understand Just a totally great experience Thoroughly recommend

Fantastic service and communication

Fantastic service and communicationThank you to Nick and the team for helping us to sell our property as well as helping with numerous questions we had when purchasing a property The extra help and advice when buying our property was very much appreciated It was a long journey but Nest were always on hand to offer reassurance and kept us up to date when necessary We d received a recommendation from both our mortgage advisor and also my Brother Nest were the agent for his sale and purchase and I would absolutely recommend Nick Nest to anyone looking to buy or sell a property Many thanks

Excellent Service start to finish

After a terrible experience with a previous estate agent we reached out to Nick at Nest From the start Nick couldn t have been any more helpful He answered all questions promptly no matter how stupid they were Hes professional in everything clear and impartial with all aspects of the move He is there every step on the move with an excellent service From start to finish it is a one on one service Thank you Nick the move couldnt have gone nay smoother without your help and guidance Would 100 recommend Nest as your estate agents

Extremely happy with the service

I had the pleasure of using Nest in Essex to sell a second property and they were extremely helpful friendly and professional at every step I was able to sell my property very quickly and for over the asking price so well done to Rachel and the team I was also very impressed with the recommended solicitors Juno who were very efficient and communicated well Having the app dashboard with regular updates was very helpful

Easy smooth and hassle free Highly recommend Nest

A refreshingly professional Estate Agency

We wanted to share our experience of working with Nest and particularly Dan Kirby who has handled the sale of our late father s house with extraordinary excellence From the very beginning his professionalism and empathy has been outstanding He had to work with the Executors of our Father s estate and extended family to co ordinate both viewings and engineer visits We know he also supported other parties in our chain who weren t being supported adequately by their own legal teams nor estate agents No matter when we reached out to him he was completely up to speed calm and resilient Several times he navigated us through the difficult circumstances we found ourselves in offering solid advice and precise information He never wavered from goal of getting the Sale over the line and always had our best interests in mind He gave us confidence and we fully trusted and appreciated his dedication We honestly would not have achieved such a positive outcome without him and we owe him an enormous Thank You Personally if my own home goes on the market at any time in the future I will definitely come to Dan and to Nest with the absolute confidence that he will do the best job possible
