Very good customer service today as always Very good customer service today from our engineer On time spotless clean and very helpful Upgraded some of the alarm solution too

Its good company

Its good company l had good deal with them for 3 years I am hoping another good deal with them on my next contract The most the company they good to doing it they quickly reach homeowner or household person Only bad thing is when we call them they are too slow to respond

Installation was perfect and easy

Installation was perfect and easy Difficulty was caused by the appointment time being changed without approval originally 10 00-13 00 then 8 30-10 30 This meant I had to cancel an early morning appointment to accommodate the new time

From the moment I made contact everything was done very fast although I thought I was getting a camera on landing otherwise everything was good

Alarm put in my house very fast

I got alarm off network security did have a few problems at first but do have to say I got a lovely girl called Louise who sorted out the whole problems for me thanks very much

Sales team very polite

Sales team very polite Installation took less than an hour Set my alarm off monitoring station were on to me with in 30 seconds if not less Only thing is they forgot my decoy box

Great experience

Keith is an excellent professional really friendly and helpful Also the guys that went to install the alarm and the tech support Every time I needed they were very patient on explaining things and gentle I am very happy with the alarm it is easy to set and unsettling Gave 4 stars as sometimes there is an error on the app which should be fixed apart from that All good and the alarm is working perfectly
