I have sometimes difficulty with alarm

I have sometimes difficulty with alarm going off for no apparent reason after I exit the house If I can t answer the call from the centre it means that my nominees are contacted unnecessarily This is a cause of tension for me M Crowe

The alarm itself is good but as regards

The alarm itself is good but as regards the back up service is non existent We never got the app installed on our phones as we never got the assess password code etc no contact no to follow up on this as the salesman who sold it has moved on and that s the only contact I have

App not fit for purpose

The service was initially great When we accidentally set off the alarm a few times we got instant call backs to check everything was ok so we were really happy customers but over the last year the app has become just terrible On several occasions it has gone down completely for hours on end is so slow to load often shows the alarm as off when it s on and vice versa Really unreliable app which is a shame

Our alarm was tripped during Christmas

Our alarm was tripped during Christmas when we where out and the response rang told us our alarm was tripped at a side window As it was a new estate and being Christmas time there was a few brake in attempts we asked them would they send someone out to check I was then told ahhh I say it was a bird or a leave that set off the alarm We had to rush home to check ourself Once our contract is up I will be getting a new system in place

Beware of the hidden contractual

Beware of the hidden contractual agreement they claim after the initial signed contract you are automatically enrolled for 12 month rolling contract so if you want to cancel at some point you need to wait for next 12 month to complete or you have to pay extra money to break the contract this is hidden when you are sugning the contract or adding any extra sensors i was informed last year that i am not in a contract and tried to cancel this month now i have to pay the full smount that s nearly equal to the onthly pay for the next 3 months

Sales guy

Sales guy product sounded good but I wanted them to drive my old system which they said they could so and on the day they couldn t So I had to cancel the service

Beware of terms and conditions when terminating

Network Security insisted in charging me a cancellation fee even though I had paid them the full sum due as part of the 36 month contract that I signed If they were interested in customer service they would remind customers when contracts are coming to an end rather than rolling them over automatically and hoping customer does not notice This is another company interested in collecting fees without delivering a service

Very slow service

Smoke alarm randomly going off waited a week for an engineer and he fixed it going off again 2 hrs after he left so have to wait another week with no smoke alarm all in the 1st month

Power Outage

The engineer on site caused the power to trip in the house and could not reinstate it I had to get my electrician to come out and fix the problem Engineer on site did his best but was clearly out of his depth He could not even explain clearly to me what he had done to cause the problem Did not install confidence at all

Disappointing company

Everything was fine until I wanted to end the contract as we weren t using the alarm service I was told I couldn t until the end of the contract that was understandable however when I went back to cancel I realised I had the end of contract date out by a month because of this I was informed I couldn t get out of the new contract I was never informed when the original contract was coming to an end I m now in a position that I have to pay 10 euros a month or pay them off with 99 euros its a company that wants to hold on to their customers come what may I decided not to argue with them despite threatening me with a debt collector just be aware if you wish to finish with them won t be using or recommending them into the future
