You are receiving an average on the basis that while your your service personnel are quite efficient and do there work well my experience with your credit control department has not been satisfactory From assuming that I had received your invoice by email to being combative and accusatory I was disappointed whit her attitude Also I have not received any conformation of all payments made or any account balance

Waiting on call to organise to have

Waiting on call to organise to have system put in I ve had to call twice myself and then finally got call back but something has came up I need to change the date I called but couldn t speak to someone so promised a call back with I m still waiting on so very hard to communicate with and my system is not even set up yet

Got alarm system installed recently First time an alarm was triggered it was 4 mins later before I got a call from them to check Is this not a bit long to take before getting a call

The old alarm wasn t disposed and two scraches on my car

The old alarm wasn t disposed as promissed 2 small scatches on my car believe it s from the outside alarm installation Part from that it s good service

Ok service

From the start it was made easy told them what I needed the only thing I asked for and did not receive was the NVR and a side camera As a tradesman myself I would have installed it better the installation tech just drilled out beside plug sockets and filled with silicone looks very poor and rushed He mounted my box to the side of a feature wall which had just been built and asked nobody was it ok to mount in this location reason for this wall is to hide cables but he just mounted to the side of it Service is ok camera quality is fair but can t zoom etc or check live which I asked and was told would be able on the app

Tried on four occasions yesterday to

Tried on four occasions yesterday to speak to somebody in technical promised a call back on two occasions and voicemail where I requested a call back No one called back Rang again this morning at 8 30am and spoke to a lovely friendly girl Isabella and had my question answered and fears allayed
