Issue resolved top class again

Chris called to fix an issue we had and I have to say he was top class from start to finish He managed to resolve the issues that we had and also helped with another small query that I had Very pleasant experience our whole short experiences so far with network security has been top class Would highly recommend them a huge difference from our last supplier in terms of product and customer service so glad we decided to go with network security

The installer Paddy arrived on time and

The installer Paddy arrived on time and explained what he needed to do He had to drill into the house and install an electric cable which he did so neatly and covered up the wires When it was installed he spend time explaining everything in detail and made sure I understood it He left the house perfect It was a very professional installation by a very nice technician Nothing was a problem for him I would recommend this company to anyone

Just had nerwork security installed a few days ago The entire package was clearly explained to me over the phone They supplied everything they had promised The engineer Johnny arrived at the stated time and installed the system without any fuss or inconvenience He also explained and demonstrated the operation of the system in such a way that it all is so simple I also had a phone query afterwards which was resolved instantly I highly recommend network security to anyone who is thinking of installing a security system
