Alarmingly Good

From start to full installation the service provided was fantastic When I called to get a quote the person who took my call answered all my queries and didn t rush me once They set a date for installation and a couple of days early they called and asked if I was interested in getting it installed early as they had had a cancellation I agreed and they arrived on time The gentleman who installed the alarm was kind professional and did a great job Highly recommended

Thank you for the recent installation of network security service The company was on time especially of this time of the year Patrick who was installing our alarm was a very nice person with good explanations on how to use it and finished it on very good time We are happy to work with you and I will it recommend to anyone who wants to instal it Thank you very much guys Kind regards and appreciation to you all

Very helpful

Spoke to Radu in service dept because storm Darragh had caused a power outage resulting in our alarm battery running down messages coming up on the control panel etc He guided me through what to expect and how to respond step by step whenever the power was restored and when our power came back after 4 days it turned out exactly as he had explained As always Radu was knowledgable helpful and clear and a pleasure to deal with Very much appreciated
