Company is not truthful bad business practices

Company is not truthful in where their products come from and are also very difficult in communicating We ordered over 100 of products believing they were coming from a Canadian manufacturer but when we got the tracking information it was coming from a city in China We waited almost a month before we contacted customer service By that time we just wanted our money back The customer service entity was very difficult to deal with because they would try to push additional offers on us to keep us waiting for our purchased product We agreed to an offer to wait but another month later we contacted them to get our money back They tried to get us to wait again but we declined There was a lot of back and fourth with customer service Some of the back and fourth took weeks at a time We were able to get our money back in the end This company clearly exhibits bad business practices and should be avoided

Not trustworthy in my opinion

I would not be surprised if the claims of sustainability made by this company were a scam I have not received what I believe to be credible information My order hasn t shipped after three weeks The customer service gave what I find to be unbelievable information first claiming it would ship by one date then after that date claiming the package was at FedEx without a label generated

What a joke I ordered a Christmas gift on 12 2 and the week before Christmas still did not have it I contacted customer service and waited 3 days for them to respond and state they would look into it Several days later I still had no response so I contacted again stating my frustration with their lack of communication Next day I get an email that my order is canceled Still no explanation or communication Just order canceled Won t try shoppingvtheir again

Order number 128926 Placed an order on April 25th and am still waiting for delivery It s impossible to track the order which originated in China went to London and apparently is now in Saudi Arabia The last tracking update was 10 days ago There is no way to speak with anyone when you call it goes directly to a message telling you to email them I am very close to calling my credit card company and disputing the charge

Wonderful customer service

My package arrived damaged and partially open I had ordered 2 items and one was missing I contacted Net Zero customer service and they could not have been more helpful and genuinely concerned They immediately sent me a replacement that I received exactly one week later I have been ordering from them for several years and have always been pleased with their products They are conscientious and do a wonderful service for our planet I am hooked for life
