E60 left ear bud died after 7 months within warranty period Customer service did not honour the warranty and asked me to take the issue up with retailer Amazon Looks like this issue occurs quite often Caveat emptor Here s their reply warts and all Dear Sir Madam We deeply apologize that our product didn t provide a pleasant purchasing experiences for you We are sorry to let you know that Amazon has closed our account and removed all the products We are unable to sell the product on amazon anymore So that unable to replace it with new pair for you In this issues it is convenient for you to contact Amazon directly for a refund Sorry again for the inconvenience Thank you Edit Nice try The information about my location is totally incorrect My credit cards have been and continue to be in good order Their customer service is based in China and there was never a Scott Green that contacted me ENACFIRE has been banned from Amazon for buying fake reviews so go figure Also I doubt Amazon s reply would contain grammatical errors such as the incorrect use of prepositions and participles where infinitives are due This usually only happens with ESL speakers Edit2 Scott I love your work ethic replying at close to midnight EST Kudos on your continued misuse of participles It is easy enough for anyone to Google ENACFIRE banned I encourage you to do just that I actually hadn t realized it until your customer service emailed me see above If your brand is still active on Amazon what is the name of your storefront in Amazon Why are your products listed there without the ENACFIRE branding and logo

E90 failed after a years use and customer service failed me too
I have the E90 Buds and have had left bud issue I have tried everything others have put forward to help me solve the problem DOES NOT WORK AT ALL I have sent ENACFIRE several emails with my consumer number and the issue I have but they have completly ignored my emails I also had ENACFIRE E60 but they too failed My E90 only lasted a year I was expecting better customer service from ENACFIRE I have since after about 20 emails received a response from ENACFIRE and finally got a replacement pair But after only 4 weeks they to have failed and I have sent around 6 emails with pictures of the box and buds with all the consumer and item numbers but once again no response from ENACFIRE Its now 20th August and still waiting for a reply

Absolutely useless company a big scam
Absolutely useless company a big scam I bought a pair of Enacfire f1 as a mate had them mine stopped charging in 6 months but the buds charged in his box so was charging case tried contacting them but no reply bought another pair to charge both sets with one case but in 3 months that charging case stopped charging too sent numerous emails to the company and not had any reply Avoid this company at all costs the buds were nice but once they break which in my experience with 2 sets are a low quality product and will be soon the guarantee isn t worth the paper it s written on

Disappointing
The hadphones stopped working so I contacted the costumer support and they told me that I would have received a replacement I never got the replacement and they also stopped answering my emails and my texts Very unfair since I was also asked to write a review before receiving the new headphones

This is the second pair of Enacfire
This is the second pair of Enacfire wireless buds I ve bought 1st pair stopped working as a pair 2nd pair stopped working as a pair and despite numerous emails asking how I could return them under warranty I have yet to receive a reply I ve given up and will buy from a more reputable brand

They announce their 2 year warranty everywhere but that does not mean anything Because it s impossible to get in contact with this company For the past 6 weeks I have tried every way of contact they have and have not got a single response The earbuds were okay but one of mine suddently stopped working not charging nor booting after a few months of usage
