Don t use them You can call your bank yourself and settle your debt

Call you banks yourself and settle your debt yourself You don t need a negotiator that the banks won t even talk to you don t need an attorney that won t answer your calls You will waste time and money Run from these people For me I spend over 6 000 in admin fees to these people and they wait till the very very last minute to settle your debt That was money that could have gone to the debt You will have paid into the program for a year accumulated enough month to pay off or settle your debt and then authorize them to settle and they still take months to even talk to your debtors All while you are being sued by your banks and your credit is destroyed Don t even work with Vesara lending for a loan just call your banks It s not scary And tell them what s going on Your bank will care more than these people because the longer you take to settle your debt the more these people make and the more money your bank losses So just call your bank and don t mess with these people It is really a horrible program Despicable

This is the MOST HORRIBLE debt resolution company I have ever come across Most of the people that work in this company are from New York City and these are about the rudest supposed to be professionals I have ever come across in my life SOME of the agents are ok but as soon as you request to speak with a manager or supervisor you quickly come to realize why the agents are so rude since professionalism starts from the top to the bottom The leaders are rude egotistical New Yorkers who act like our account is their personal business It s disgusting They messed up on a few of my withdrawals a couple of times then it took like 3 months just to get a refund that they owed me THANK GOD due to my improved credit I was rescued out of this debt program with this unprofessional company Also as a side note when they solicited me to sign up they made it like it was the best company in the world The negotiator was very rude that I was dealing with and they all have this entitled air of arrogance and entitlement to your account I am not sure if it s because they work from home so they think they are all that but yeah I would not recommend using this company Also my negotiator Sam Greco didn t even know how to track down a creditor of mine He just kept contacting me like he did not know how to do his job and track anyone down In my mind I m like aren t you a negotiator You could tell that he did not want to do any hard work So thrilled to be done with this horrible company and rescued by a better one DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY You have been warned

I have been calling them and NO ONE answers the phone I find VERY Negative reports in the BBB I am very surprised to find Positive reports here in TRUST PILOT

I have made mistakes in my life I have never made a bigger mistake than going through Newport legal group Please trust me When I was first contacted it must have been a telemarketer He told me that I could not be garnished NOT TRUE My wages started to be garnished by one of my creditors There was nothing I could do about it Obviously I could not pay both Newport AND the garnishment When you call Newport for LEGAL advise the person on the other end of the phone could not help with their 8th grade education When you try and leave a message for an attorney they never call you back BELIEVE ME PLEASE Do not make the biggest mistake of your life I just had my hearing for my chapter 13 You are better off getting in touch with your creditors and trying to work it out on your own or filing some sort of bankruptsy Thank you and good luck

Learn From Me and Don t Use Them

Clearly using review gating here on Trustpilot to keep their review score higher than it should be I was told they would have a settlement for me in 6-9 months I continued to pay for 10 months before I called to check the status of my settlement They told me it would be another 5-6 months for there to be enough funds in my account I had already paid nearly 6 000 in so it didn t make any sense that I only had 2 500 in my account I cancelled and had to go through a lengthy process to get only a portion of my funds back with no settlement They told me a large portion of my funds were non refundable even though they did absolutely nothing while I was in the program

I will end up paying more than I owe This company is a SCAMMER They ve been taking money out of my account for a year and a half Now that I finally settle with one of my debt I actually will be paying more than I owe And they will continue taking money out of my account until my other debt of 1 100 is taking care of They will cause you a lot money stress and you ll end up with a bad credit as well If anybody files a lawsuit against this company I m on board

Ongoing saga Told us over a year ago all the things they would do Painted a rosy picture 14 months later they are demanding 125 more per month lawsuits have been filed on accounts they were supposed to have been working on they killed a joint account that was not even on the list I would not recommend them even to an enemy as nobody needs the stress they have created in our lives

Newport Legal Group wants me to stop using them

I have been trying for some 20 days to get a statement of my account from Global an affiliate of Newportlegalgroup I have contacted both companies Global refuses to email me my info and the Newport rep refuses to send me a statement What kind of legitimate financial company refuses to account for monies sent Don t apologize Meet your obligations My computer is not able to download

Very Misleading

Our sales rep Paul told us they have a good relationship with my creditors found out yesterday it takes 5 to 7 months to reach a settlement I have worked in collections for over 30 years and in my experience it didnt take me 5 to 7 months to reach a settlement We contacted our sales rep and he is MIA
