Very bad

Always problems with connection speed is awfull but price big we cant talk even skype with this internet

Declining Service and Expensive Network

We thought we had a good deal with them 4 years ago At first it was ok they had good choices of channels and internet signal was good as well But later on they kept on increasing their fees their tv channel choices got poorer customer service got slower and the internet got poorer and interruption got more frequent We regretted not changing to other better network sooner

Pathetic upload speeds If you want to cancel it you still have to pay for 2 month Somewhat unstable and has some downtimes in nights

We ordered your Internet because

We ordered your Internet because exowner used yours and asked whether we can get fast Internet connection and sales said it will take couple of days Thus we have ordered on Jul 17 2020 and delayed finally we got installation plan on Aug 5 but nobody came When I asked just sorry and come back quickly No feedback until today I called again They said no technician is available and suggested Aug 12 How I can trust this information Nextgentel gave us negative influences home office and study so far Cancellation is the best way Give me advice Thanks

Rubbish customer s equipment useless support

I use NextGenTel fiber for several years The connection itself is stable and good But the customer equipment Inteno routers is just rubbish internet connection tended to hang several times a week Support was useless reboot the router was the typical advice I switched to my own decent Mikrotik router and now everything is just fine and I do not need any help of from their support

Not very impressive webpage who suddenly do not approve your password reset not possible Line quality is good Customer service on FB i quite fast

Hello I have no complaints about the consultant I have complaints about the company I ordered the Internet from the company on December 14 Today is 18 January and I am still offline This creates a lot of problems for my family I m very annoyed For the first time I found out that the Internet connection can be more than 1 month in our modern world

NextGenTel - Good Customer Support

Installation partner of NextGenTel put the router to the kitchen in between sink and cooker I had streaming media problem in living room Also I had noise on the junction box between outdoor modem antenna and router NextGenTel replied to me quite fast They gave some advises Then they immediately send a new junction box and 15 m of ethernet cable I changed the junction box and it is not noisy now Also I moved the router to the living room It looks like the problem mostly has been solved for now It was really good that NextGenTel tried to solve the problem and offered good and immediate help Hope it will continue like this

Great quick and easy service Reasonable prices too and free installation Will see how good the internet speed is later
