Thanks to NGT IAcademy I completed my FSNA in 3 months I don t know if that s a good thing or not but if it wasn t for the support staff and the community resources available to students which were exceptional I don t think I would be able to compete in my opinion a short period not to mention I work two jobs 9-5 pm and 6 pm-10 pm every day except Saturdays and Sundays THE SUPPORT STAFFThank your David Valez Brittany Digiulio Robin Stoehr and Jacob Hess

Hey Chrystel I would like to take this time to say thanks a million for the assistance you extended to me in completing my LinkedIn milestone I was getting a bit frustrated for my LinkedIn milestone when you kept calling me and encouraging me for us to complete the process Our meeting was scheduled to last for an hour but I was astonished to see that we went almost two hours I felt so relief after our meeting on Thursday Thanks for your support and your patient with me during the process I do appreciate your efforts

Just finished my FSNA Whew that was a lot to digest but if you follow along on the zoom calls take notes and review modules it starts to make sense It s even better when you practice labs on packet tracer The self-paced course makes it easy to catch up when time allows and gives you the ability to take breaks when life happens Can t wait to start the next steps of the program

the labs are so help full and interactive and really helped me to learn the material where i was lacking for me typing out a deffinition dosent help me learn

Jacob Hess made my experience a good one I recently passed the FSNA To be honest it was this first exam and Lab in a school or Academy atmosphere I have done in 20 years I was nervous but through the instruction of Jacob I was able to be confident at the same time All throughout the FSNA I felt like there was nothing to hard for me to learn I am over 50 years of age and you can teach an old dog new tricks

It was wonderful to have Robin Stoehr as the Student Success Manager She was motivating to me Not only did Robin call me to see how I was doing but she also questioned me about the class topic In addition Brittney was a tremendous help she encouraged me and helped me with the labs whenever I needed it

It has been a wonderful experience for me to learn in depth details about how to create a professional profile in linkdin and guidance Excellent program Learning Network Engineering was a bit challenge for me to understand but the instructor Jecob Hess and mentor made it possible that we can learn with an enthusiasm and lab hands on practice projects I pass the exam and received a FSNA certificate I am very happy for achieving this mile stone and Leveling UP If I can do it any one can do it I highly recommend for the new students or going to be join students You have the bright and better future I received a wonderful support from the technical support team and student success team Great team work great academy From 0 to Engineer made me not only achieve my goals but also make sure that your dream come true Praise the Lord Thank you all for the excellent work you have done I appreciate it very much God bless you all
