I contacted Nicola for sugar cravings and wanting to loose weight Instead of eating one biscuit I would eat the packet and then feel so guilty afterwords I was going down a slippery slope with my health After one session with Nicola I have increased my water intake the crazy sugar cravings have gone I now have a piece of fruit and if that doesn t satisfy me and I do want a treat I have one instead of the whole bag which was totally unlike me The recordings are so good and easy to listen to when I go to bed at night I have lost 4lbs so far and I will be continuing my journey in the right direction Thanks so much Nicola keep up the good work I highly recommend Nicola
