44 yrs i have suffered with anxiety depression been recently diagnosed with a form of PTSD Briefly at the age of 10 my grandad died and i wasnt allowed to grieve his death My mum dad split up a year later it was very distructive to my wellbeing my dad told me i wasnt his daughter I then married at 18yrs of age to a guy who was physically abusive I never felt close or loved by my mother its was a distructive mentally abusive relationship leaving me with little to no self esteem down troden unhappy always trying my best to please her December last year i hit rock bottom not caring if i woke up the next day or not I had been thinking about hypnotherapy for a while but had this image seen on the telly of somebody clicking their fingers your head falls WELL this is not the case with Laura Laura listened she showed empathy understanding commitment she set out a plan for me to start my journey my only commitment was to listen to my recording every 2nd day of Laura hypnotising me i listened everyday morning night within days i felt a change in my thinking My 1st appointment i was very nervous wondering if i was doing the right thing those thoughts soon vanished Laura was so easy to open up to I came out drained red eyed but enlightened at last somebody had listened to me I was full of hope Laura gave me the tools to change my mindset reprogramme my sub concious At first my appointment was weekly then lenghtened to 3 then 4 weeks between appointments Its not been easy and I have worked really hard to feel the way i do right now empowered in control of my life Ive started eating sleeping better also started excercising My life has totally been turned around having no battles going on in my head it all seems very strange to me tbh even my bad days i still have arent bad days anymore they are just passing thoughts When i listened to my recordings today I was struggling to think what I would discuss at my next appointment this is where it becomes bitter sweet as i love attending my appointments with Laura they have become part of my life this past 6 months Laura s work is now complete for me although i planned to keep an appointment penciled in just incase Laura has put things into perspecive I love her energy I say everybody should have a Laura YOU in their lifes I feel we made a great connection right from the very start Laura has saved me from having a misserable exsistance always looking for acceptance I thank Laura from the bottom of my heart I now have the confidence courage desire to enjoy my life live it i shall Forever grateful
