Great Repair Service
I have the original Switch that I bought when it came out My joy con s A button stopped responding well hence I ve just gone through a repair process with Nintendo Their troubleshooting on their website which shows their step-by-step suggestions is very clear to follow and I found out that my joy con needs to be repaired The process was surprisingly quick and easy I ve asked to start the repair process on Saturday and UPS came to collect my joy con on Monday They received my joy con the next day and had email notifications to say they started the repair on Thursday completed and shipped via UPS on the same day I received the repaired item on Friday so it took me a week to get sorted although their website says that it may require 3 weeks to receive repaired items I haven t received any emails to request a payment at least for now which is surprising given how easy and quick the process was Overall I loved how the repair process went and like their attitude of not constantly releasing new consoles and providing a good repair service to customers UPDATE on Nov 24 - They didn t send me any payment requests and they repaired my joy con for free

We sent a Switch control away for repair which they said could take three weeks We couldn t find the proof of purchase but they had it fixed for free and back with us inside five days Excellent service

Was surprised to see a lot of the bad reviews on here because I had a very helpful and polite man on my end My switch had an error way back in 2017 and wouldn t boot up properly so I called them up They were very patient and understanding of the situation After I had sent it off they were able to fix my switch and even back up my saved data and games Wish I had gotten the man s name who had helped me

Nintendo Switch OLED arrived Next Day
After ordering my Nintendo Switch OLED from the UK Nintendo store and then reading some of these reviews I felt a bit anxious about my order But to be honest most people don t always post a positive review but always seem to post a negative one - understandable Anyway I ordered my white switch OLED after them coming back in stock on the official UK Ninetendo store and can honestly say I am happy I did Order placed on Friday at 6pm so obviously wouldn t ship until Monday Received confirmation Monday afternoon it had shipped and received full info from DPD regarding the shipment with an hour slot arrived about 9 30am Tuesday No complaints at all I appreciate others poor dealings with Nintendo but after reading alot of these reviews and feeling a little skeptical fortunately I had a very positive experience

Quick reply and repair
My left Joy con on my switch was drifting quite badly to the point where I couldn t play my game anymore so I contacted customer service on Nintendo First they gave me a list of tips to try at home and if they don t work Well nothing worked so I arranged a repair UPS arrived the next to collect my joy cons and I had a response from the repair team within a few days My drift was fixed and promptly returned to me Thank you soo much
