The worst customer service

The worst customer service Sent joycons in for repairs and they sent them back marked chipped and with broken buttons Claimed it was like that upon sending them in and when questioned on it they stopped responding The absolute worst experience possible Avoid at all costs

Would give 0 stars I keep getting payments Every 3 months taken from my bank have asked bank to stop it cancelled cards Nintendo then requests new card numbers from visa and re sets up payment I ve asked no Nintendo to stop many times but they will only help if I answer a LIST of questions 10 questions 1 being a serial number for a machine I don t have I haven t got so they won t help they actively make it impossible to keep scamming money PLEASE BE AWARE don t let them have your card details

Disgusting absolute joke does not work stay away from this unreliable consoles absolute rubbish not even fit for the dustbin no customer service Is the worst console I ve ever had it does not login does not log onto the Internet properly complete problems after problems total waste of time I m not even gonna explain to you all the problems that I had just that is rubbish No good not fit for purpose Waste the money I don t even want to sell it secondhand to someone else because I would fill terrible for selling a bit of jump to someone else

I clearly clicked the physical game

I clearly clicked the physical game order from the website for The Echoes of Wisdom game I collect physical games so I mostly order physical games and I don t pre-order digital games because that doesn t make sense I just realised that what I bought what a digital game I contacted customer service through service chat I clearly said from the get go that I want to amend the digital game to physical game They asked for my order number then proceeded to say that unfortunately they can t do anything about it Like why do you need to ask for the order number to say that Just wasted my time It s stupid I ve always bought physical games from their website but suddenly my order became digital Stupid I hope their next console flops They keep delaying it it s getting annoying They are milking the switch bone dry

Use lies to void warranties

Sent a Switch Neon off for a warranty repair only to be told the 24month warranty was void because we had damaged the device and that was why it wasn t working their evidence was that the USB-C port was damaged several back and forth with the complaints department didnt resolve the issue when i got the device back i saw that the Damage was just the joining clip that had come apart they wanted me to pay 120 for a new main board which they were claiming was damaged beyond repair because of the damaged we had inflicted upon it we had only had it for 5 months using both the provided power lead and the docking station Will never EVER use nintendo ever again what a terrible organisation

Terrible repair service

My switch stopped charging randomly so we took it back for repair as it s still under warranty My husband received a call from them claiming its water damage The thing has never been near water Then they said it can happen just from the air if that s the case then that should be under warranty and THEY should fix it We asked if they had even tried taking out the battery or anything and they said no they d just looked it They was even told the joycons kept disconnecting Now they want to charge 190 because the switch has been near AIR AIR Make sure you keep your switches in the box guys or don t breathe on it it might break and they might claim it to be water damaged Was going to get the new switch when it came out but not anymore They just get damaged from literal air JOKE I absolutely loved my switch but will never get another Nintendo ever again

Switch repair

Logged a Switch repair online given failure to read games Switch us in warranty Received a DHL postage pack which contained very vague information postage was due to be pre paid Phoned DHL for info but phone number supplied didn t work Sent the repair via the post office to avoid further delay which cost 20 euro Received info after 5 days from Nintendo to say there was no problem reading games but repairs were required for screen these repairs are out of warranty and will cost 125 Gbp I ve requested further info Very dissatisfied In summary Postage not covered long delay poor communication on repair high fees requested Continue to wait on reply So frustrating

Thieving company

Ordered the same item twice on their e-shop in different bundles When trying to get a refund immediately afterwards they copy paste the same response over and over again that they can t Unfortunately not easy to stop using since the kids love some of their Switch games but I ll do my best to move to a different platform

Cancelled an order

Cancelled an order they charged me x2 anyway and sent the console 33 emails to get a return postage label Same response every time Your case will be escalated Eventually they sent me the return postage label The console was returned and three weeks later they still refuse to issue a refund Console is showing as being delivered back to Nintendo warehouse by DPD I had to raise a case with my credit card provider Avoid worst customer service I have ever experienced

Undelivered game

Ordered a game which was undelivered Took them 10 days to offer to send a replacement which they failed to send Customer service is extremely unhelpful They just copy and paste standard responses and do not commit to anything or provide specific information Do not buy from them
