2 x orders no problems

I ordered a Switch Lite at about 7pm on 27th May and received it at 3pm the next day I also placed a pre order for a Switch bundle on 8th June I was advised money would only be taken from my account once the order had been dispatched which was predicted for 10th June - both facts remained true Anyone who has been trying to get a Switch for the last few months will know how difficult it is so I didn t have much faith the pre order would be fulfilled for a while but it has just arrived today After reading so many awful reviews on here I was very concerned but I had no issues both times I ordered in fact I was thrilled with how fast they arrived Hope this review helps anyone who placed an order then decided to check Trustpilot and panicked like me

No bother with my order Very quick to dispatch I was told Monday or Tuesday ordered on Friday morning and it arrived on Saturday Easy to follow tracking instructions and any updates on the order

I ordered a switch lite animal crossing new horizons bundle at about 9 30 yesterday morning from the UK Nintendo store or arrived just after 2pm today Really can t fault the service very happy

I wanted a New Switch Lite and couldn t

I wanted a New Switch Lite and couldn t find one in stock anywhere in the UK I saw Nintendo were selling as part of a bundle so ordered direct with them on their website They claimed that the order would be delivered next day which I thought was a tough ask as it was 7 30 pm and the UK was on lock down As soon as I ordered I checked trust pilot and saw some bad reviews At that point I didnt think I would be receiving my item in the specified time I can confirm that the console did come the next day and the whole process was brilliant and ran smoothly I would absolutely reccomend Nintendo online store and would order from them again Thanks Nintendo I dont know how you did it but you did it

Don t worry I had a good experience

Like many others I was totally freaked out after ordering my Switch from Nintendo directly after all of the bad reviews But everything went fine and the switch arrived safely without too much hassle I did have to wait awhile for dispatch but that was because I bought it around Black Friday Nintendo were good to send out multiple emails apologising for the delay and to let me know when my order should be dispatched I think it s good to also know that Nintendo operate through The Hut Group - so keep that in mind if you dislike that company My order was also delivered via Hermes my order was fine but I know others dislike Hermes But yes If you re worrying please don t everything should be fine

So after being disappointed by other retailers to deliver a parcel I proceeded to order through Nintendo I can honestly say that although the package came later than the time they stated I still got the parcel delivered on the same day and was notified of this Cant fault the products I received in the past and completely love the new switch SNES classic and NES classic Will definitely consider ordering from the company again This had literally made me abandon my xbox one sadly Wish I had invested in Nintendo earlier If I could add anything Id love to see more done to the Nintendo switch online service its just got so much potential keep it up Nintendo
